The atmosphere of the area was very cozy with a firepit outside Very convenient to the rest of Big Bear area Staff is very nice and helpful Price was good as well

The heater in the cabin kept going out Bathroom very small Internet had some problems when watching TV Thought there would be just a little more space(very cramped for 3 people)

Property is close the big bear and summit. As well as the towns main store/restaurant area being just 5 mins down the street.

It was really dirty everywhere and text the reception to tell them it was dirty and his answer was we will let know to the cleaner for the next time. Dog hair in the bed, floor and pillows… I will not come back any more.

great location, comfortable and the best service

The hotel staff are so nice. They obviously have a lot of pride in their hotel and go out of their way every time. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and it’s our go to place when coming to Big Bear.

The hotel is currently under renovation, so little hiccups here and there, but it’s still worth staying there.

we were a bit disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work.

We liked how the guy at the front desk was very helpful and cool he was. We sledded in the back of the property when the sun went down and the kids had so much fun playing outside and in the pool room!

There was not much that the place could do about the ice on the ground.

Wolf Creek is perfectly located on the main street and near everything of interest. As we stayed in winter and it was snowing, we enjoyed the sledding in the back yard of premises. The area is so big we had "slopes" to choose from to sled with the kids. And the sleds free. The staf is wonderful and super eager to help you out with anything. Really great people. The rooms we stayed in we just painted and the whole place is getting a touch up. So the hotel is in super great condition. The beds are comfortable too. Depending on your room option, you can stay in one of the big multi-room buildings with a full kitchen setup. This is great cause you can save some money by preparing some food at home. Overall a very great place to stay!! Wonderfull staff.

Next to the delicious chocolate, maybe it would be great to offer coffee too.

Not what I expected. Too small and definitely misrepresented.

It is in a state of transformation. The owner operator gave me a tour of what it will Be. I very much look forward to my next stay.

The toilet is a tight spot but I’m not a big guy so it didn’t matter to me but larger people may find it uncomfortable to use.

plumbing is so loud, neighbors kept waking me up.
