Central location, it was the right size and had the right facilities.

The two showers couldn’t be used at the same time, the toilet seat upstairs was broken. The staff at Pass the Key were nice but not in Bath, they didn’t know the property or the city. I called twice and both times the call was not picked up, they called back. But once was not a convenient time and they did not call again. The text messages were only one way, so we’re not responded to.

Plenty of room for a family of four. High ceilings, white & bright walls. Everything we needed was there, dishwasher, washing machine, pots, pans etc. the only thing missing was a tumble dryer. Quiet area.

The doors are a little creaky, they could do with some spray grease on the handles/locking mechanisms, lots of noises at night when people used the bathrooms. The settee smelt slightly of body odour. It was a bit scratchy to sit on, not sure if it was the feathers in the cushions. The vanity mirror above the sink in the top bedroom blocks the use of the sink, you have to bend awkwardly to wet your face for shaving, or to scoop some water after brushing your teeth.

The location as it is near the town centre 10- 15mins walk. The prior park and Alexandra view point isn’t far. Great view from the kitchen and top floor. Very clean and had everything that you need in a short trip.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Lovely house in a great location. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a dining area, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds. We were very happy with our stay.

The property is well located to reach the city centre and had everything you need and more. In fact, we didn’t need to bring most of what we did bring as there was everything from washing up soap and sponge to milk and a bottle of Prosecco, from shampoo and shower gel to tea, coffee and biscuits.It is a beautiful house, really tastefully furnished, with a particularly gorgeous wet room. The views over Bath from the back of the property are stunning.

Not really a dislike about the property but more about the parking. It would have been less stressful if the property came with two permits or at least with the chance to purchase an extra one because we were two families therefore two cars.

Location was great,interior lovely comfortable

The bathroom door was broken and one guest couldn’t get out,had to call management company,still not sorted by time we left,we had to wedge a bin against the door. no extra towels or black sacks, and to take your recycling home is ridiculous

Very clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable. the location is perfect too, 10 mins walk to the centre of Bath and the view was unreal! Lots of little extras too which were the icing on the cake - board games, books of attractions and Apple TV.

The floors are all floorboards which is great for cleanliness but it is very creaky (having to be really picky as we loved our stay!).

Beautiful house, clean, close to the downtown, amazing views. The bathrooms are very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable house. Good Wifi. We definitely recommend this property.
