The room was nice and breakfast was good

The bed was hard as a rock, and the fees were crazy

Everything! I never leave reviews, but this stay warrants it. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was hands down the most comfortable room I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Most comfortable bed ever! 10/10

Couldn’t get coffee at 5am

The Staff was Extremely accommodating, specially, Sabrina at the front desk. Thank you soooo much for going even out of your way to get a very needed hair conditioner immediately , and making it very easy to extend out stay to a late check out... . The Breakfast area was immaculate, thank you, Daisy. It was a pleasure, you're truly meeting everyone with a happy attitude, nice smile and , surely all.your work was done to a perfection, food was delish, and had a variety of choices.. Thank you, all!!! We had a very pleasant stay Ohh, one more, - nice surprise-beautiful and cozy fireplace on a outside patio!!! So cute 😍!!!

Nice clean comfortable hotel.

Probably nothing given just an overnight quick stay.

Parking, staff was really cool and helpful, you do have to walk under an underpass to get to the cute area (if you're walking) but it was a really short walk and not too sketchy! The room was superrrrr nice and the bed was very comfy!!

Surrounding area a little weird at night-just because it's not as busy. But we are New Yorkers so we wanna walk everywhere! Definitely some questionable characters on the walk, just be alert though (and don't walk alone) and you'll be fine.
