Initially, Receptionist asked for more money 💰 and denied for the checkin. Unfortunately we paid more then double as per booking charge. Hotel name everything is changed. While raining huge water coming from cracked window. All the staff's are unprofessional

Property ppl asked me more money provided me smallest staff room to occupy. Someone knocked at door at 3am though i didnt open. They denied me checkin and then made me wait for more than hour in lobby as room was low price booked. And asked me to speak to booking.com even at time of checkout again asked me to pay and i spoke to booking.com and they resolved the matter finally. Because i wasted my 3hrs just to speak here and thr and sort this. They experience went rough

Worst experience, didn't allow into hotel even after confirmed booking, said price on portal was not same as what we give rooms for, if hotel don't want to do business online why the have listed there hotel on platform at low rate better they conduct there business offline. Worst experience.
