Great location. Nice overall apartment, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped - only missing elements would be a full-size oven. Would definitely recommend this place for up to 4 people.

Cleanliness could be improved - kitchen drawers, behind sofa, ... Lots of ladybugs in the unit - nothing bad as they don't do much...just an FYI...

Everything!! The is perfect for 4 - 6 people. It's cozy and has everything you need for a stay up there. It's close to the village, too, and close to downtown Collingwood. Will look a stay there again.

The room was super close to the hill and had a view of it from the balcony. And upstairs is a king bed which was a nice surprise

The layout of the room was tightly packed, not much room to move around especially if you and a group are getting geared up or down for snowboarding

We like that the location is closed to the village. Pool is a plus, most specially to my kids. We loved the unit , everyone have their own space (sleeping area). Also, the kitchen and washrooms are clean. My family enjoyed and loved the property. Can't wait to book again next year!

Using stairs to bring our stuffs. 1 light bulb uptairs bathroom is not working. Blind slats are missing uptairs window. It would be nice to put a washing machine and a dryer in the unit most specially if your staying longer or atleast a dryer for our swimsuits. Also, I paid for cleaning fee but still need to tidy up and empty all the garbage and dumped it. If thats the case they should lower the cleaning fee.

The hair dryer didn't work in the upstairs bathroom, at first I thought it was a broken hair dryer but took it to the downstairs bathroom and plugged it in and it worked. It would have been nice to have a small washer and dryer.

it was an apartment - no breakfast to rate. Beds were comfortable. Although we did not cook or use the kitchen at all, it appeared that it was well equipped. Communication while booking, paying, etc. with the property manager was excellent.

The upstairs bathroom was missing a lightbulb. The blind on the window beside the loft bed was partially broken and did not close properly. The bathtub in the main downstairs bathroom was pulling away from the wall. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was missing a hook on the right hand side. When we arrived it was freezing and the online instructions for heat did not work - the downstairs a/c machine was blasting cold air and there was no way to change it. After phoning to inquire, I received instructions and was able to warm up by using the upstairs unit. When I was looking for a place for the night, I thought the price was reasonable; however, the cleaning fee made it a bit more expensive for me. I think the cleaning fee should be shown as part of the charge before a decision is made to book the unit. Once I booked, I decided to go ahead but I am a bit sorry that I didn't cancel at that point and look around. The unit itself was fine but the complex altogether needs some paint and clean-up. It was older than I thought it would be.
