Food was great and facility was super clean

No one speaks English and it was difficult to communicate needs. Hotel fell into comfort zone of having only Turkish tourists that they don’t feel the need to excel in other categories

Location, was lil way out from shopping and town down. Breakfast was great, a lot of freshly fruit .

Small things one of the guest bathroom light was out Was very dark inside use the bathroom, I did told manager . When we got are room are phone didn’t work to call room service even they send up maintenance they could fix it . Also the air conditioner was out after one day we been there. Thank god was very windy we open the balcony door to get some air in . Few things here and there I tough could be better cuz was 5 start Hotel.

waterpark and the pool was very good.

open buffet food was very poor. we had to skip dinners and ate them in the town center rather than in the hotel. also drinks were awful. they should increase quality of drinks. we did not drink anything but only water, tea and coffee.

Staff members, specially Ercan , Seda , Gundiz and Naz at recepetion were brilliant. Always smiling and helpful.

Nothing I didn't like . The experience was perfect

Nice Spa Area- Unfortunately closes at 6pm. Would have been great to get a massage later or to use the sauna before bed... Beautiful room! Beautiful interieur! Beautiful idea with the beach and platforms. Unfortunately this was all a construction area! No beach, no platform.

It was more a construction area and less a hotel. Construction and noise going on all the time. The hotel should open AFTER it's prepared for guests, not while it's preparing! Only 3 people of the whole staff were speaking english or german. Not even the receptionists were speaking english!!! Food was looking good and beautifully arranged but bad quality. When i was asking for cooked vegetables ( because there was only meat in the cooked food area), i received a microwaved, warmed up portion of the starters/ antipasti. Terrible! Tables outside were not prepared for having breakfast or dinner. Everyone was meant to eat inside. The ailes and rooms smell like smoke. No beach area for use. Only construction.
