everything - we received an early check-in, the game and community room was beautiful, the people, the stairs, the water and sound healing coming from the river next door (i wish the river would be clean -- i know the culture of throwing trash anywhere; hope this could be considered), and the beautiful cafes nearby. i'd stay again!
i recommend Harry's where the locals hang out.

The Location is best. Ease of access from parking. Staff are helpfull and create a good ambience.
Took an individual room, yet wasnt cleaned properly. No vent in wasroom and bath water gets collected. Furniture and interior is very Old. The location and property is such you can easily make it a premium stay, but property isnt maintained accordingly.

The location of the hostel is not convenient as laxman jhula is under construction. Kindly avoid this place if you are visiting through local transport. The hostel is nothing but a building built on the busiest road with very poor amenities and service. For students in group the stay must be fine but definitely not for couples who s looking for a pleasant stay.
The location, the front desk staff, the rule to checkout at 10am otherwise 500rs fine per hour looks like school policing, the rooms are untidy and old styled.

The place is at a very nice place and well managed by very well mannered people. Food in the cafe is also very nice.

Staff was very supportive specially Shakti, Satyam and Shubh. All 3 were always available for any help and guidance.
My only discomfort was the wet bathroom mats which were not cleaned due to which feet were not getting dried after coming out of bathroom leading to water marks in the room. Water from bathroom spilled out all the time and had to use mob to wipe it everytime. this was irritating.

The room was clean with a nice balcony and a comfortable bathroom. the location was great on the quite side of the river but still with plenty of shops around. There is also access to beaches along the river. I liked it that there was much less traffic. However, the draw back was that I needed to walk with my heavy backpack across the bridge to take a riksha to the train station.

Lots of noise being made on the terrace outside my room. Too highly priced for room type. Some staff not very welcoming. Not as seen in pictures. Confusion over pre-payment (kept sending emails for payment even though I had paid).

The place is lovely and the view too. After issues with the room they gave us some benefits.
The room was flooded by a bidet defect on arrival and it took too much time to resolve it, didn't change the room and the managers were hard to find to negociate.

Washroom was not clean upto mark, washroom door is also not working properly, leakage of water from pipe near geyser which created discomfort. No Mirror in room.

The place is really loved vibes. Its near to laxman jhula Bridge if you gonna cross by ram jhula Bridge is gonna be far (40 min)
Beds are confortable and cozy. They have AC and hot water. Staff very helpful and friendly.. Thank you guys!!!
