Breakfast was delicious!

The shower pressure wasn't that great. You can tell when others are using the shower as the pressure is low at times when being used.

I was disappointed with our stay here. They gave us one towel each to use for both pool/beach and room. When got into the room there were no hand towels or bath mats for the floor. We are unsure if our bedding had actually been changed as there was sand in between the sheets. There were children up and running round and screaming up until 2.15am

Have a lot of cockroach, towels are not included in the room have extra charge. Aircon is just 24 all the time unable to adjust.

Cold shower tap wasn't working, had to ask for towels for each of our rooms, bar closed significantly early as they suggested we go to bulabard which i dont thin was good for their business.

Location is good. Not worth for the money. Good I stayed only a night there.

I was given a different room than I chose. Given torn towel. When I reached reception staff asking replacement they didn’t have any towels left. Bed was small for a couple. Bathroom sink was terrible, water spilled on floor every time used it. No floor mat was given.

The waitresses were good, friendly, and happy to help. The food was just ok.

I was told that I had to leave a $100.00 cash damage deposit that I would get back before checking out. I paid with CC for my room upon arrival. The hotel made taxi arrangements, and I was picked up at 0630. The office doesn't open until 0700, so there is no return of deposit. Secondly, my room was near the swimming pool, and there was a group of people that were in the pool all night long having a great time, just loud and noisy all night.

Staff managed to change booking upon request.

Staff were drinking at the premises. We couldn’t sleep as staff continued to drink and disturb till 6am the next morning.

The room we were put in had very poor lighting - borderline dark if curtains not open, but curtains open would mean people outside can see you changing. Believe it must have been a storage or laundry room in the past that was renovated to be a makeshift bedroom. No bedside light port beside one of the beds so was not able to charge electronics while in bed. The bath gel was empty when we arrived.

The whole place needs an update and a little sprucing up. and probably a good cleaning as well.

I had an amazing stay at Sailors. This was my first time on Wailoaloa beach and I had the best time! From the service of the staff to the atmosphere and amenities at the accommodation... it was a fantastic little break! The staff were so kind to change my room to a bigger one upon request and this was done within minutes. Thank you team for a fantastic stay!!

Staff were amazing and nothing was an issue. Lovely nature about them and always smiling.

Shower had little to no pressure. No lounge chairs etc to sit on whilst at beach. used other hotels. Was actually quite a boring place to stay.

Sailors beach club is absolutely directly on the water front! The staff were absolutely delightful and helpful, thank you so much Milly! Thank you to the ladies who varied my luggage for me🙏🏻 Livai was a delightful person who organised a fantastic tour for me!The food was ridiculously delicious (I had masala dry rubbed catch of the day fish, cassava chips and Kokoda), everything was so yummy!! The Fiji gold was soo cold and perfect for a warm day!! Milly made kava for me and showed me the traditional way to drink it🙏🏻 The room was really comfortable, the bed was comfortable and I had a balcony with the view of the ocean🥰 I loved my stay and I will be back, thank you to all of the stafff for your help!🙏🏻🍻

First of all they don’t want to refund. My 3 nights money wasted because we didn’t stay there. Have to pay the breakfast and website photos is different rather than reality. We didn’t like it all. How we wanted it was not like that. Next time won’t go there. We can’t use swimming pool because it was dirty.

It was located right on the beach front with a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. There is a supermarket a short walk up the road if you want to get bottle water or beers (there’s a mini fridge in your room!!). The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the service was always very quick and friendly.

only the view apart from this I am very disappointed at the service and condition. No lift had to take our own bags up to top floor and no help from hotel staff. I was suppose to stay 4nights ended up staying 2 nights and found out that intercontinental 7star hotel was charging me the same rate as the Sailors resort. $497 a night.

No internet, No concierge for price per room no lift and broken bed. No phone no safe no TV in room even the photos in Booking. Com was not the correct photos of you say it’s brand new than you need to clearly advise the wedsite your idea of new because it was not a good place.

This hotel was absolute trash and has scammed me. To begin with our room was given away before we checked in and were given a room for the first night. The room we were given was not at all what we paid for. It was dirty and tiny with a small bed with no cushion just the metal springs and our feet hung off. The next day we were given a new room, again not what we paid for. It was filthy and minimally better than the previous. There was no hand towel or towel for when you get out of the shower. The staff would not give any extra towels and said it would be $10 for extra. The hotel is right up to the water which is cool until you realize there’s no beach chairs to sit and relax. The bar with music is located directly under the rooms. The music was on until 12 midnight and would come back on at 7:30 in the morning. The doors to the rooms didn’t fit the doorframes correctly and people would have to slam them closed. The pool was being filled by the emergency fire hose and had no chairs or seating around the pool. The final thing, I asked about getting a discounted rate on the first night as it was wasn’t even close to what we paid for. I was told they would email me about it as we were checking out and there was no supervisor to handle that. I never received an email and have emailed several times with no response. This place is horrible and whoever is running it is willfully incompetent. 0/10*UPDATE*I'm editing the review to say they still haven't refunded any amount or made any legit effort to reconcile the situation. Do not let their responses fool you, you will regret staying here...

It was old and not maintained. Didn't even have Wifi. Shower hardly worked at all. Front door rubbed on the ground. It was really bad

Location is closer to the airport with a beach.

Loud and constant beating music from the bar downstairs into midnight (and beyond if no one dared to challenge them!) every day, very hard to tired travellers who liked nothing but peace and quiet but instead being deprived of sleep.

Hotel is good if you stay a night.

I booked about 2months before , got there to be told booked out finally gave me a little room at start of drive way could not open curtains because only way in to the place was past my window and people kept looking in at me . They said they would move me but getting told even though was not many there they were booked out . In the six nights I had no linen change and had only one towel . To top it off the price went up on what I was quoted and they charge 4% surcharge on credit card . That's just robbery . They also basically said I would of been treated better and the quote wasnt there problem because I booked with Booking.com

Lovely staff. View from the room was amazing. Bed was ridiculously comfortable. Place was clean. Definitely not a five star and there are some maintenance items that they’re working hard to get on top of. But I would definitely recommend and also stay there again for a cost effective, cute place to hang out while transiting through.
