The place was absolutely gorgeous. Modern design inside, air conditioning, really cozy and welcoming space. Great size and excellent view of the city. Elad was communicative and helpful my entire stay to make sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The apartment was a little further from things than I anticipated when looking on the map before booking. That said, the apartment is about a five-minute walk from a bus stop and you can get just about anywhere in about 15-20 on the bus or 30-40 minutes walking. Pretty sure that's just a city thing.

Definitely the most unusual experience with accomodation by booking. The appartments were fine in general. They correspond to the description. But keep in mind that there is a kitchen, but there are no dishes, except for a fork and a couple of flat plates. There will be nothing to cook in. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quiet. Nearby there is a bus stop and grocery stores. The price-quality ratio is optimal.

Unusual and unexpected part starts here. The host has changed conditions of stay several times. First he has changed the time of check-in and check-out. All right, that I can accept. It turned out that it was necessary to arrive two or three hours later, and leave two hours earlier than indicated in the ad. Then he said there is extra 100 shekels paymet while it's stated that the tax affects only Israeli citizens and all in all the amount should be less then 100 NIS. Finally he asked me to send passport copy (ok, I sent) and a photo of my card forward and back. As a result, thanks to the support of booking, no additional fee was charged and the photo of the card did not have to be sent. But I had to go through a few unpleasant hours. I have a theory :) that the owner is still very inexperienced and in general this style of doing business is typical for these places. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet and I couldn't wait for the shower water to heat up (so the shower is refreshing). Pistachios were lying under the bed (I liek them, but not when they were left over from previous residents).

Really clean, comfortable bed and new furnishing. We always got a free parking spot. Maybe some pots would be helpful. Best price quality ratio in the city.

All facilities and room are fresh and in very good condition. Quiet neighborhood. We were lucky to easily find free parking lot every day.

As it written in description — no Wi-Fi. But as far as the rooms are in back side of the house, there is also very bad mobile network. So you will be almost with no connections. No power plugs near the bed.
