The TV was mounted on the wall at a weird angle and it couldn’t be rotated so when I was laying in the bed and trying to watch TV, it was uncomfortable. They also didn’t have any streaming services.

There should be a better system for keeping guests with pets stocked with necessary items (door drop off for towels, toilet paper, etc).

I wasn’t able to even stay here because I tested positive for Covid 5 days before my reservation and needed to either postpone or cancel my trip. I requested to postpone it twice and was denied the option. When I canceled the day before my trip, it gave me the option to also request the fee be waived. The property ignored my request to cancel and also charged me for the full booking! When I contacted them directly to explain the situation and fix the issue, the rep was so rude and told me there wasn’t anything she could do because it was their policy. She even had the nerve to call me back around 10pm that night to see if we were still coming! As if I didn’t tell her earlier that we were sick and I had cancelled the reservation the day before. And yes it was the same rude rep. So I guess they only see your bookings through the Booking.com app but any changes need to go through the property only. The disconnect between Booking.com and this property is insane.

Excelente ubicación. Gracias a Lois por su servicio durante el check in, su sonrisa y saludos cada vez que nos veía. Puedes ir caminando en cualquier dirección y encontrarás restaurantes, farmacias, centro de atracciones, e incluso ir de compras. A 5 min del Henderson Beach Park, hermosa playa con varios estacionamientos y baños públicos. El desayuno variado y todo muy limpio. La habitación grande, con unas camas cómodas. Quedé enamorada de la pequeña cocina.

Am Nachmittag keine Pooltücher verfügbar. Zu laute Lüftung / Klima die nicht abgestellt werden kann.

Wir sind zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und es war nach wie vor eines der schönsten auf der Reise.

Leider gab es am Nachmittag keine Tücher am Pool

The shampoo and conditioner dispensers need to be refilled. I told frond desk, but no one came to refill them.

The amenities advertised are not true. I chose this hotel because there were facilities and entertainment for small children, in fact the children's splash pad area did not work, turned on the last day. He began to work intermittently and it looked like a mockery of a 2-year-old child. Another family with kids were also upset... We stayed for 7 days and every day I asked the front desk, but the answer was that it was closed for maintenance but no one was working there. I tried to write an email to the general manager who never was there. No response received. The front desk manager tried to resolve the issue and made a discount of $50, on the last day, it's ridiculous .... given that the price difference with other hotels was much greater, but I chose this one because I wanted a comfortable stay for children. Breakfast was very basic and not much variety. The hotel actually had good potential, but it is absolutely without a soul… without proper management, common areas become very dirty and worn out (hall, barbecue area and pool) rubbish in the corridors lay for days, people ordered food and threw it into the common bins, the smell near the elevator area was appropriate. Very small shower room, uncomfortable. It is a pity that these moments upset our holiday, not always more expensive hotel lives up to expectations! I hope they will hear their guests and correct the inconvenience in the future! The size of the rooms, for example, is difficult to change, but the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast and the promised amenities can be provided.

I asked for a king 2 sofa bed room and the representative at the hotel advised me after I chr ked in and went to my room I called back down to the representative and she said that booking lies to us about certain things and that was one of those certain things me and my wife as well as children were very very upset and disappointed 😥
