Clean, quiet room and full selection at breakfast. Staff helpful in booking taxi to ferry and for onward travel to Phnom Penh after our island stay. Ate dinner in the skybar which was tasty and good value.

Staff were really helpful, everything very new and clean, very good facilities and meal.
Not really keen on the casino which occupies the lower floor, but that's just personal preference and it didn't interfere with our stay - the room and staff were great.

We had a one night stop to catch an early flight and this hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and we ate in the rooftop bar. It was good. We never left the hotel. Its 5 mins from the port if coming from koh rong and 20 mins to airport
Breakfast was poor for westerners but we didn't care because we got it for a super price.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were very clean and shower was good and hot.
We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was average but the service was appalling. We were still waiting for some dishes when others had finished theirs. They said the kitchen was busy but the restaurant certainly wasn't!

the location is quite odd in a middle of a slum and doesn't feel safe. Surroundings are quite noisy in the morning fortunately the window are quite thick and we were on higher floor. Be aware this hotel is mainly done for Chinese clients willing to play casino. OK to stay one night as transfer to Koh Rong but not longer.

Rooftop bar and restaurant was great.

Extremely clean. Quick turn down service. Room service was great. Restaurant food was great. Buffet breakfast was excellent. If I gambled, I'd stay here for the casino! Maybe not the best location if you're looking to be near the beach, but this hotel is wonderful.
Location is further from the beach, but we had a last minute booking for the New Year and everything else was booked. The hotel is a solid 10 though.

The worst bed ever! Couldn’t sleep at all, the hardest mattress wasn’t sure if it was concrete.

The breakfast was okay, lacked some flavor but if you are looking for a simple breakfast it is okay. The location is good too.
The ACs could be better. We had to keep it open till 1 hour for the room to be cold enough.

WiFi was good and TV, streaming facilities were good.
Clean is not a word or concept that exists for this 'hotel'. We were promised a garden view but we were instead surrounded by bug infested seweage water, stray dogs and screeching roosters. Sleep was impossible. Noises from the night as well as the rock hard and ant infested beds haunted us continually. The air con failed to circulate over the beds leaving us to suffer unbearable heat. Breakfast was served in a filthy desolate room. Choices were extremely limited. The communal butter and jam lay uncovered, attracting flies. The coffee was bland and the orange juice was abominable.
Unless you are interested in using the casinos in Sihanoukville, do not stay here. There is nothing else to do or see, go straight to the port and head directly to the islands.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, (probably the best at any hotel I've stayed in) The hotel was very clean in all areas that I saw. Wi Fi was excellent throughout the hotel. Parking was not a problem and had 24-hour staff on duty to keep an eye on the cars. The buffet breakfast was very good.
This is only a minor gripe.... We used the rooftop restaurant one evening, and although the food was very good and reasonably priced, it would have been nice if all of the meals arrived at the same time. As stated, only a minor gripe.

The Hotel is perfect for stopover to Koh Rong, 20 min to Airport and 15 min to Pier.
Very modern and clean Room, kind stuff !
Breakfast was o.k. for european is no big selection instead of toast.

Great boutique hotel with amazing staff and amenities....definitely reccomend to everyone for a short or long stay....great food and cocktails on roof top...well done to all the team...
