Garden view means ... basement .. no view to the river at all! Stuff not professional, seems like they are not intressted in SERVICE ... not at a place like this for this money ! High frequency noise from the utility room .. so anoying !

Very weak WiFi connection. Not enough information given on entering room, for example, where the geezer switch is was just under the hair dryer so I switched it off after drying my hair not realising I had switched off the hot water! This meant a cold shower following day. For a hotel that claims to be the best in Rishikesh and is charging top prices internationally, (£120 per night) they really need to up their game when it comes to the quality of their ingredients for the meals they serve. For example I would expect to have the choice of freshly ground coffee for breakfast. I would also expect to have fresh (not tinned) vegetables for the meals served. The ‘green’ salad they served up at a cost of Rs 200 consisted of a few slices of carrot, cucumber and onion.

Had a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed everything. Location is superb. Ganges facing room is awesome.

My overall experience was very good.

The only problem I faced is parking my car. It gets very dicy sometimes when there are lot of cars parked near the slope you are left with very little space to go inside. At one point I got a scratch in my car due to this situation.

in short I would say I liked - Everything! the front door of the hotel is at main road of Rishikesh to go anywhere and the back gate opens at River Ganga, you just step out and Ganga is there only in 10 steps. it’s a new property just 2-3 months, so everything is shining. I was little doubtful as there was no reviews on booking.com, but when I reached I understood that it’s just bcz it’s recently opens. I stayed 4 nights with my wife. the food is fantastic, very friendly and pleasant staff, the room with glass close balcony gives the best view of Ganga. everything is clean and hygienic. as of now I give this hotel 20 out of 10. 😊
