The location was convenient for where we were going.

The bathroom is super small. The hot water didn't work so great. It was in the winter and the hit water barely worked. The vent in the bathroom was extremely loud and making noisy sounds. Not enough lighting in the room.

Everything. The decor was adorable, it was so clean, the amenities inside were so good - washed and dryer, full kitchen, a great tv, clean bathroom. Everything was better than I could’ve anticipated!! Parking was so easy and the building itself was very nice and felt really safe, for two women traveling we never once felt unsafe or uneasy.

I legitimately don’t have anything I didn’t like.

Check in was not great if you have a car. Had to find parking, go get key and get back to car to park it. The room needs some blackout curtains because the room is bright early in the morning.

I have traveled to the Hollywood area several times, staying at different hotels and this is hands down the best place I have stayed. The location is perfect, and my friends and I were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. There's a grocery store within a 5-minute walk as well. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. There was even a washer/dryer with detergent available. The kitchen had dining/cookware, a blender, a microwave, a stove/oven, and a coffee maker/supplies. The bathroom was fully stocked with the essentials as well. The internet was great and there was even a smart TV. The complex itself was very safe and secure and had overnight security on staff. The room itself was super cute as well, very well decorated and trendy. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and the host was very responsive and nice! The price was incredible for what was included. I would gladly stay here again!

The lighting in the room gets a bit dark once the sun goes down.

Location was great . Walking distance to walk of fame . Close to all attractions . Easy drive to universal and points of interest . Easy parking in underground spot.

Room is definitely well used . Dirty stained carpet, beside bed, near kitchen. Curtains and blinds a real mess. Smell of must was overpowered by air freshener plug in.

Dirty, bugs, unsafe environment, windows left open, apartment was unlocked upon arrival. There is more I could say but it’s been investigated now and a suit is been filed against the owner and booking.com

Spent 5nights here. Our Host Alisson was prompt and helpful. Parking is fantastic, underground and locked up. Easy access to lift. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd walk (10mins) Comfy beds, lovely deco, has a full kitchen and full size fridge. Does have pool and spa but we did not use as its winter. Overall a very comfy stay. Dont expect a 4-5 star grade hotel, as this place is not meant to be. I did not book it for that (we just came from a 5star vegas hotel) Best of all, this apartment has a washing machine and a vented drier, it made our life so much easier not having to look for a laundromat! We ll come back next time we re in Hollywood.
