Room was warm and inviting. We love the king bed. So big and comfortable. The view was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool. I loved they had accommodated sofa bed and pull out bed for the kids.

Coffee marker was dirty and outdated. Washer and dryer needs an upgrade. It took 4 hours to dry cause one was broken. Gym equipment needs to be updated.

The room was excellent. Beautiful view. Was comfortable and clean. Loved the full kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, loved being on the 16th floor. The pools are perfect temp and fun. Loved the beach bar. We rarely left the resort during our stay.

Tower 1 is showing neglect. The washer/dryers in the ground floor laundry room are ancient and broken. Pop machine broken. Had to go to tower 3 to find a dryer and there was no place to sit while waiting. Hard for seniors to keep traveling between towers. Would like at least dryers on every floor.

Our family trip was amazing. We have 2 kiddos under age 2 and they really enjoyed the indoor swimming pools and playing in the sand at the beach. Our view of the beach was amazing..I loved getting up in the morning and starting my day by going on the balcony to see the beautiful beach. Also the bar on site was great! Bartender was amazing loved her! Another great thing was that the masterbed was big enough to fit both my husband and I and our two kids! Our cousin slept on the pullout bed and there also was an extra bed we didn't even know about! We will definitely be coming back with more people!!

The location was great and the view was spectacular.

It took me 3 different times asking for a later checkout time and the night before I was told no. The thermostat would only go down to 68 which is not bad until time for bed as there was no ceiling fans so I was hot all night. Also a full length mirror for women to get ready in would be nice.
