Spacious rooms, house clean 👌 🙌

No working WiFi, No alternative energy solution wen electricity is cut off. Gas braai dirty and not functional. Air conditioning system not working 😕. It was soo cold as I was travelling with the elderly people.

Very clean and tidy.

Very spacious and lovely home. It was very clean with fresh towels. There is a fully functional kitchen including crockery. My big family was accommodated and really enjoyed the stay. The free wifi was a bonus. And there is a cleaning lady that comes in daily and takes care of the home.

There wasn't much that I liked. The rooms were big, that's about it.

The entire unit had a damp smell. The aircons worked on and off. The braai stand was terrible. The state of the dishes and the amount of dishes provided was horrible. We had no normal glasses just a few wine glasses for 8 people. There were very few plates and cups and even those that were there were chipped. We had very few towels which were hardly replaced. I have stayed in many self catering apartments / units. This was one of the absolute worst.

The house is comfortable and Mpho was really good.

Location is good however getting in and out becomes an issue for 8 people..Security at Zimbali is dissapointing. Sad to have guests profiled despite having completed all forms
