If there is a party nearby and you have a sea view it could be quite loud, plan your sleep accordingly

The suite is very clean and comfortable. Its beautifully decorated. The view is unbeatable and to top it off there is a bathtub on the balcony. The location is perfect right by the marina

We didn’t mind but there are a lot of stairs to get to the suite. If you have any amount of luggage it might be difficult to traverse.

The room was like an apartment, very large, with a proper kitchen with all utilities. The bathroom was super clean. Great view from the balcony. The bathtub in the balcony was my favorite part! Situated in one of the most lively places in Fethiye. Note that there's no free breakfast, but considering the price I would say it's not a big deal.

1. Had to climb up a long way, almost 120 steps/stairs. The staff did help us to some extent, but I still had to carry a 23kg suitcase all the way up. Despite being a decently built 27yo, it was very difficult and exhausting. To top it off, our room was in the 3rd floor of the hotel so had to climb up another 40-45 stairs. Wish we had some help with all our luggages. 2. No parking. Had to leave my car in a paid parking lot 150 metres away. Staff said there's a free public parking nearby, but it's usually full in day time, and I can leave the car there after 9-10pm. I paid almost 100TL to the paid parking from 3pm-10pm. Then I found a spot in the free public parking. Next morning after checking out, I was shocked to see there were several cars parked in the way, I could not take my car out of the parking. There were SEVEN cars that needed to be moved in order to take my car out. Most of them had their doors unlocked. Luckily some people helped, there was some space so we moved (literally pushed) the cars and somehow made enough way for our car to move out. I would rather leave the car in the paid parking lot itself and pay 250TL. TLDR: Do not use the free parking. Use paid parking. Although the room itself was really good, I still would not recommend this hotel, a lot of physical work involved. I can't imagine women or slightly older people doing all of these things, especially during a vacation.

1 daily cleaning 2 equipment maintenance(air conditioner was broken for two days,always cold,no solution for me,no refund) 3 noise（in the first floor,there is a door between two rooms,I can hear what my neighbor talking about 🙂） 4 Why is there a super mirror above the bed?

Location is very good. It's in city centre and close to shopping centers and cafes. Room view is very good and interior design of room is very nice and usefull. Kitchenware was high quality.

No parking spot in this hotel which is problem when you re staying at the city center of Fethiye. Upper road is closed therefore you have to park your car far from hotel. You have to carry your stuff with you and walk long path to reach to hotel which is also not nice.

The shower ran cold on a couple of occasions but this was fixed by the staff

I liked this suites a lot! The design of the room is very nice and the style of all this hotel as well) There is a stairs leading up to the hotel, but that’s not a minus, because the view from the room is amazing! Hotel stuff was very friendly and helped me with all things, that I needed!

A little minus is some problems with electricity in the hotel, but it fixed very fast when I wrote about it to the hotel stuff)

Excellent Location with stunning views. Clean and neat modern decor.

Over 100 steps to get to the hotel. We had our parents with and there was no mention of the stairs. Traveler's need to be advised that the hotel is not easy to access. The hotel was not accessable by taxi so we had to carry our bags, with assistance from the staff ofcourse. Love the hotel but will not recommend it due to accessibility.

hard to find, impossible to bring baggage to because you have to carry it 300+ stairs up. loud music because of disco - we were not able to sleep till 1 am and left next day because we didn’t want to stay there for another night

Very beatiful sea view from the room！Same as the picture on the website. A nice washing machine in the room. Very clean and cosy place. Also love the cats around the hotel♥.

The suite was a great size and the view from the balcony is lovely!

The “sofa bed” was not actually a sofa bed, it was just a sofa, which was very uncomfortable to whoever was sleeping on it. Also the access to the hotel from the street is a very long staircase, which is not very convenient.
