We were a group of 5 friends and stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. The unit is conveniently located and offers free dedicated parking. The decor is charming but sparse. Furniture was oddly placed and sized and more seating is needed. Very little communication was provided about checkin, parking and checkout process and the kitchen is only moderately stocked. (The keg tap pictured is decorative, not provided.) Beds are very comfortable and nice bedding and linens are provided. Surprisingly quiet for the location, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

This property is definitely in the middle of a party if that is what you are looking for. Right below us was a bar that made us feel like we were actually in the bar with how loud the noise was. As for parking, we didn’t receive any instructions to where the parking spots were located, and on a very hectic street, this became a very stressful situation. I tried to contact the property manager but never heard back so luckily I ran into someone on the street who knew. Overall, it is just as pictured and is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. It just depends on what exactly you are looking for, but beware at night at least on the weekends, it can get very loud.

There is no question you are staying here for the location and the newness/cleanliness. All great. I had one request - there were only 4 hangars for all 3 bedrooms. I called the property manager and asked that some be dropped off but that never happened. Don't hang any clothes and you are all set. We did arrive early. They were very accommodating about getting us in as early as possible. That was nice. We had a lovely stay.

The place was amazing, larger than the images portray. Location was excellent. The unit came with three parking spots across the street which were convenient, but tight, especially the third spot.

The apartment was perfect for our party of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area was comfortable. Staying on Thames Street was a perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere except to the mansions.

We stayed here for 3 nights while touring colleges with our oldest son. We had 3 teenage boys with us, and the loft was perfect. Having a king bed in every room with a bathroom in each was a huge plus with 3 boys, and unusual to find. The loft was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. Location was great. We walked to every meal. It was a huge bonus having reserved parking across the street. We will definitely be visiting again!

Just had a girls weekend here and it was perfect! The loft was beautiful, clean, and had so much space! The location was amazing!

The property was clean, well furnished and the en suite bathrooms for each bedroom proved to be a wonderful feature. We had children with us and everyone was very comfortable for the stay, and it was a great place that served as a home base for the Newport Folk Festival. We'd stay here again!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for a weekend. The condo was beautiful and spotless. It is located in a fantastic area to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The parking spots in a covered garage across the street was a huge bonus.

You cannot ask for anything more in a Newport property. We had my daughter's bachelorette weekend here. 7 women stayed comfortably - all the amenities we could want (Keurig, washer & dryer, loads of open space, comfy beds, towels & beach chairs). we had a few questions during our stay and left a voice mail - received an a call back within minutes! Location in the heart of shops, near piers, and within walking distance of Cliff Walks, etc. No complaints & plenty of kudos to the team!

Our girls group have been going to Montauk annually for over 20 years we decided to change it up this year and go to Newport. The loft at 359 Thames was perfect for us. The six of us were very comfortable in the beautifully decorated unit. This location is centrally located and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be the inclusion of the closest supermarket and liquor store in the unit booklet. Despite some challenging weather we all had a fantastic time.

This loft and management company are truly wonderful. Being a vacation home owner myself, I have high standards and this team knows how to deliver! I just returned from a 3 day visit to Newport with my mom and sister. The location of the loft is absolutely perfect! You are right in the heart of great restaurants, shopping and wharfs. The loft has everything you could possibly need. The thoughtful details like beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries and even k-cups for the keurig are so appreciated! The loft is professionally decorated with the most luxurious beds, linens and bath towels. We loved taking walks every morning and even walked to the mansions from the loft. Even though we had our own car, we loved the convenience of using Uber and always had great drivers. We ate at The Moorings, The Inn at Castle Hill (which is absolutely beautiful and the food is exquisite) and our last night we couldn't leave Newport without having lobster so stayed local overlooking the water at the Lobster Bar which was perfect! The Black Pearl was great for afternoon lunches. We loved Newport and will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else but at one of these properties. Thanks for being great hosts!!

We stayed at this loft for a girl's weekend and it was fabulous! Everyone of us said multiple times over the weekend that we wish we could live here! The 6 of us slept here with ample room and comfort, made especially easy due to having 3 full baths. The loft is absolutely gorgeous and looks EXACTLY as the pictures show - it's definitely not too good to be true! The design is chic yet homey, with large-size bedrooms all with kingsize beds. It's just so inviting. The living room/kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for the group. The TV was also the largest I had ever seen in person. The designer deserves many kudos! What made the experience even better than the photos is the location. I had never been to Newport so I had no idea of where to stay. I chose this loft due to the gorgeous interior, and lucked out with a perfect location! It's in the heart of downtown with shops, restaurants, and clubs surrounding it. I was amazed that the restaurant we had a reservation for on Saturday night was literally outside our loft! Working with Sherry and Katie was also a breeze. They are friendly, extremely responsive, and knowledgable about Newport. The loft provided absolutely everything that we needed with accurate descriptions, so there was little we needed to reach out on before or during our stay, but the couple times I did, I got immediate and helpful responses. We want to make our trip an annual event!

This 3 bedroom rental was perfect for our family. Located in a great location, just steps from all the harbor activities and steps to Ben & Jerry's (a treat). The condo was clean, well decorated and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this house (and another Newport Lofts unit) for our wedding weekend, and we were thrilled with the experience! Not only was the house beautifully updated and equipped with full amenities, there were also certain additions (such as a kegerator and enormous wall-mounted TV) that made the experience unbeatable for my husband and his groomsmen. The location was also perfect, and we were within a five minute walk from both our rehearsal dinner and after party locations.
