My family and I booked this trip for Spring Break. We have 3 teenage girls and they are pretty particular about having their own space and being close to the beach. This did not disappoint! The place was well stocked with all the beach necessities and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it hit all the marks! It was a lovely place, one block from the beach, meticulously maintained, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Great time!

This condo was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. It was cleaned, well stocked/appointed and a very short walk to Mission Beach. It is in a central location - close to all of our adventures. Michael was accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to questions. He ensured that we had what we needed (including equipment for a baby), gave detailed and clear instructions and overall was a great host. Thanks for a great experience and accommodations!

There’s so many great things about this vacation rental to share! Location, location, location! Our family has never had the privilege of staying so close to a beach before and the luxury of not having to pack up the car, drive down and look for parking is amazing. We could easily walk to the condo to use the restroom too, so nice! There’s also some great eating spots close by and a full size Ralph’s grocery store. Very convenient. This a was a wonderful set up for our family to all meet up. Having three bedrooms, but especially THREE FULL BATHROOMS, is SO NICE! We could all come in from the beach and jump in the 3 showers and be ready for dinner in no time. The dining table seats a lot and then bar seating as well made it easy to have family meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and even spices, cooking sprays, coffee and more. We used the electric George Foreman grill provided on the patio for burgers one night and it worked well. We also loved the convenience of there being number codes to the entrance gate and condo door. We didn’t have to worry about who had the key. All of the beach gear provided was true to the picture and in great condition. And there’s a full size washer/dryer and detergent provided as well. We do highly recommend this rental for a large family.

Nice location, good amenities (kitchen, AC, 3 bathrooms, wifi) - it can be a little loud on the street sometimes, but that's probably to be expected considering the proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. Host is very communicative and provides lots of instructions.

We had a great time and loved how easy and close everything was. The place itself had everything we needed and 3 great restrooms with very nice showers which made getting ready easy. Host was very communicative and very helpful with all questions and needs! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location - loved the clean, family friendly beach and proximity to everything. Property is well-maintained and super clean. Listing description and pictures are 100% accurate. The best well-stocked property I have rented; I did not need to purchase anything but food for meals. Grocery store, Ralphs, is in walking distance. Wonderful stay for my family of 8. Great property layout for my elderly in-laws (appreciated the elevator) and grateful for the pack-n-play included for my 16 mo. old. Michael was the best host I have ever had responding to questions within minutes. Book it!!

Our family had a wonderful time here at this condo. The location was perfect for our family, all adults. So close to the beach, restaurants, rooftop bars, coffee, etc. Condo was clean with plenty of room for our group of 6, great rate too. Would stay again.

We’ve been going to Pacific Beach/San Diego for vacations for 25 years for family vacations, and this is the best experience we have ever had - we will absolutely be back!

The property was a great location with everything pretty much as shown in the photos. The beach was less than a 3 minute walk, and a lot of fun eateries and bars. Michael was great at communicating during the check in and check out process. Would stay again next time I'm in San Diego.

Our family of six enjoyed our vacation at the beach thanks to this property. Tons of places to walk to and the beach is easy access with a short walk.

Spent a few days while we moved our daughter back from school. Amazing property and amazing location. We will stay here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 5 including 3 teenage boys. All communications with the owner were prompt and pleasant. The neighborhood is awesome with plenty to do. If we ever make it back to San Diego, we will stay here again!

House was as listed. Michael was very helpful every time we contacted him. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property was perfect. Easy to cross the street to get to the beach and there were lots of shops, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, everything you need within a short walk. Check in/out was easy and the owner made the process easier by being open to texts and check ins. Plenty of items in the house to cook. Beach chairs and other beach items were nice to have available. We had a great time in PB and exploring the San Diego area from this property was super easy.

Everyone had a comfortable private space as well a pretty good communal area. The kitchen was pretty well supplied and we had everything needed. I admit to being somewhat disappointed that the advertised pictures were a somewhat exaggerated view of reality. However, it was clean and in a good location. We were comfortable and looked forward to coming “home” at the end of each day.

This property was perfect. Being one block away from Pacific Beach and one block away from Mission Bay made the location perfect. We have two kids and this property owner thought of everything. Wagon, sand toys, pack and play, everything was for us to use. Also very clean. The condo it’s self is in amazing condition. We hope to come back again.

I have to say our stay in San Diego at this property was wonderful. It was extremely clean upon arrival. Directions and instructions for access were easy to understand. Busy neighborhood, but in a good way. Lots of stuff around within walking distance. Michael stayed in touch and responded promptly with any questions or concerns. Never made us feel that we were being a nuisance if we had questions. We will definitely reach out to Michael again our next stay in San Diego.

So close to the beach - only a short block walk - but none of the beach noise. Very quiet and clean property. Appreciate the beach toys and towels available for use! Only negative is that the furniture in the living room area was not the most comfortable but we did not spend much time sitting around. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for our group. Michael was so quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable condo! Close to beach, bay, bars and restaurants. Liked that our car was in locked garage. Nice to have fans and option of AC. Very good communication with Michael. He was a great host and quick to respond. Would stay here again!

This location was awesome! Is is only 1 block off the beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The place was very neat and clean. It had a well stocked kitchen and lots of beach stuff “ chairs, boogie boards, beach towels “ . I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great trip. This property was vey nice and the best part was it’s location. 1 block away from the beach and less than 10 miles away (15-20 minute drive) from almost everything else San Diego has to offer.

Our family had a fun time staying in Michael's condo. He was very responsive and made check in and check out super easy. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Mission Beach is within 20 minutes of all the sites we wanted to visit. The beach is a block away and a quick walk to the sand. We had a great time and would definitely return.
