The house was great love the spread out floor plan. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and easily covered our group of 14. Tons of great courses close by if your a golfer. Would definitely rent this home again.

The house had plenty of room, comfortable, clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the game room and home theatre - such a treat! The landscaping was incredible, great lighting, roses, lemon & orange trees, beautiful pool & spa. The kitchen was large but only provided the bare essentials, nothing extra special. Same for bedrooms/bathrooms, no kleenex, hair dryers or extra blankets. There were some holes in the floors and damage to a couple walls. We experienced technical issues with the pool/spa and although the staff was responsive, we had to text multiple times a day to have the spa & pool switched. The casita was large & comfy, but the kitchenette was empty, no glassware, cups or coffee maker making it completely unusable. We notified the staff who confirmed that nothing was to be provided. There was no remote to open the motorized blinds in the MB, which had the best view & glass door to patio & spa. We notified the staff and were told the remote was being re-programmed but was never dropped off. Overall we enjoyed the house & property, but were disappointed with the very basic set up and lack of amenities considering this was such an expensive and luxury property. If all of the above can be addressed, would easily be a 5 star property.

As a general contractor, my professional opinion was as follows: 1. The over-all condition of the property was Good , however if the company would look at the details like drains in sinks not backing up, providing more kitchen utensils, the screen in the theater was blurry, lighting in the game room was horrible we weren't able to play ping pong due to the lack of light. If those issues were taken care of the place would have been Great! Would we stay there again absolutely!

Great experience! Multiple check ins along the way from property manager to ensure everything was set up properly for the trip. Place is BEAUTIFUL. Perfectly accommodated a group of ~15. Location is about 20 mins from downtown but we enjoyed the outdoor area, pool, hot tub, game room, and everything else. No need to leave!

15 friends and I had a great stay at this property. All amenities were as good as advertised and there were no issues with anything. This place provides plenty of space for large groups and no one had to worry about bed space out of our group of 16. I would highly recommend this place to any large groups looking to stay in the Scottsdale area. It’s a quick 15-20 min ride to old town Scottsdale and also a convenient ride to many of the nice golf courses in the area, which is exactly what we were looking for. All in all it was a great place to host a large group and we did not experience any major issues, both with the place and the property management.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and great to work with. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for our family. Everything worked correctly, it was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for our large family. Jaleena had great recommendations for local things to do and restaurants.

The house was even more beautiful in person than we expected! The house was very spacious, had great views from the backyard, the pool was incredible, a short 20 min drive/Uber into Old Town (where the clubs and bars are). Overall would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to book a getaway for any occasion! The communication with the host was amazing and all of my questions were answered perfectly and timely! I cannot wait to go back! One thing that isn’t in listing is the stadium seating movie room in the garage with all the other games! Was a nice surprise! Excellent property with so many games to play and an incredible backyard/pool area! We had the time of our lives at this property 😌

For a house, it had no towels, trash bags, very few glasses, spices, foil etc. figured for as much as I paid a night it would have a few items. It was like moving into a new house- never seen such an empty vrbo Garage was cool but half the games didn’t work, disappointing. The main tv wouldn’t turn on, stereo didn’t work, garage AC didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work. Just lack of maintenance I guess. As for the property management group I give them a c-. We asked to come in early and they wanted to charge $500 to check in a few hours early- that’s pretty steep. We only needed to rent a car for one day but would have had to rent the van for the full trip, costing an extra $450. They were nice but didn’t seem to care or be flexible. Most likely would not rent from this group again.

Property was great - however we chose this property due to the game room. Upon coming to the prooperty big buck hunter which is the main game we all wanted to play did not work for free so we ended up having to pay for it which ultimately made us not play it and not use the game room - we were told each day maintenance would be over to fix it - this never happened. I asked for manager number and was blown off and never messaged back - I wanted a refund for this however this is when I have been blown off. So this will cause our group to do our next trips there somewhere else.

The house itself was beautiful and spacious for the group we had! I don’t usually express my opinion but this situation was rather frustrating and it’s not about the house itself but the property management. I was VERY disappointed when i communicated to the property manager that the master bathroom was covered in small beetles and the bathtub was full of them and they were alive crawling all over. Their response was “it’s hot season, you need to make sure you close the doors so critters don’t get in they are looking for somewhere cool to go” … there were hundreds of them and it was very clear they’d been there for awhile which made me concerned about the cleanliness if no one had seen these beetles recently. I understand that response to maybe one Scorpion or some kind of critter like that but this was hundreds! The rest of the house ended up being fine but big let down about the master bathroom being full of beetles and the response. Following that response i was then advised that I needed to fill out a maintenance request?? Which in my opinion is clearly their job as the property manager when they receive a complaint and they shouldn't be asking me to do that on my vacation especially since we showed up and it was like that. Just seems like very poor customer service. Lastly, when we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave I asked what they wanted us to do with the trash because when we showed up the trash cans were overflowing outside already and smelt terrible so there was no where for us to put ours except beside the trash can. The response i received was that i should have rolled the trash out earlier that morning and asking if i “missed it”.. first off it was a holiday and there was no trash day & secondly I do not live here I’m a guest here.. why are we being asked to roll out trash from what looked to be multiple guest worth of trash and VERY OLD. I would have done it honestly but it was just disgusting and clearly something they have relied on previous guest to do that “missed it” also! The people renting the home are on vacation and shouldn’t be expected to wake up early and remember to roll the trash out, that’s the last thing on their mind in my opinion. Overall the house is beautiful but the property management needs some work.

What a great property! Clean upon arrival, easy check-in process, and great communication with property manager. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool was exactly what we needed as the temps were 100+ during our 4 day stay. Close enough to downtown Scottsdale that getting to restaurants/bars was easy. Highly recommend!
