An absolutely perfect location in the heart of downtown! Very clean condo!! Sound proof doors and windows. We were there during an incredibly busy weekend and never heard a thing!! Little extras like snacks were such a nice extra touch. The only issue we had was the initial check in of finding the lock box (look for "staygvl") and we didn't know how to open it. Once you enter the code on the key box, pull the front part it toward you like you're opening an oven. Our bad. GREAT PLACE and we hope to book it again soon!

Perfect for 2 couples with 2 BR and 2 full baths. Very well maintained and appointed property with all the amenities you would expect. The location could not be better for walking around downtown Greenville

We were in Greenville for a conference and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room for a week. We saw this property and was in the perfect location of the conference and downtown nightlife. The condo was just as pictured....a great place. It was quiet and the perfect weather to sit on the balcony and have a drink after a long day. Thank you! When we are in Greenville again we will definitely look for this location again.

First time experience with Stay GVL. Location was clean, nicely furnished and convenient to our first stay in Greenville. Check in may have been better if met by a staff member. A parking slot would have been nice, but parking garage was not bad. StayGVL offers a kind of cheesy option of automatically charging for early or late checkin for like $40 each. I'd prefer that if its available, you can offer it. If not, you are sorry that it is not available. We did not ask for early checkin. I didn't think about a late check out due to this automatic charging. But, then we received a text saying that nobody was booked for the next night, so we were offered another night rental. So that evening, I responded that we were leaving town but would accept a complimentary later check out if there was not a rush to clean the location for a non-existent renter. But, the immediate response was that we could have a late checkout for an additional fee since they had to prepare for the next guests- even though we were just told there was not an upcoming renter. Perfect fall stay. Close to Downtown and the Falls. Lots of room and nice comfortable beds!

It’s a great location- so expect some noise to come with it. Revving engines and night clubs. The condo was clean and nice. I asked for extra towels and got them promptly.

The unit itself was fine and I realize there is no control over noise but it was crazy loud. Women screaming, night club across the street, revving engines- it was all night long. Glad we stayed as we were looking at buying a condo in the building and now we know. Very good response. Let us add another night very quickly and easily

We loved the condo! It was clean, beds were excellent & centrally located to walk everywhere. It has a nice balcony with comfy furniture. Great city!

Our only complaint is the red stain on the comforter and we're guessing your cleaning staff missed it which emphasizes the need for a regular blanket on each bed as it's likely you're not washing the down comforters/duvets after every visit. On a separate note ... We weren't sure how to interpret your last Airbnb message concerning their rating system. We've rented many properties through Airbnb and have come across properties under 5 stars. Although we prefer the highest rated properties, between 4 and 5 stars, it's not always possible. This is the first we've heard anything like the comments you've made about the Airbnb rating system. We had already decided to give your apartment 5 stars based on our own personal experience before receiving your note as we feel it is well earned. It was just a bit disconcerting to receive your note as if you were pushing us to give the highest rating. Perhaps we misunderstand your intent. But from our perspective, we really appreciate the rating system and reviews when we do our searches. Communication was excellent. We felt like you were nearby and ready to help if needed.

Well kept and clean, updated and conveniently located, easy in and out. I would recommend this place 100%! When our Wi-Fi went out, your associates were quick to remedy the problem by providing an alternate network and password. Worked perfectly the rest of the weekend. Everyone was sweet too!

The condo was perfect. Close to Main Street. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the traffic noise in downtown, but that doesn't reflect on the condo.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Nicely decorated, spacious and a great location. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Very central location. Easy walk to everything that you want to experience in Greenville.

The apartment was as described, neat and clean and with all of the necessities included. Instructions were clear and accurate. Office assistance was quick and effective with our one issue with the WiFi. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is very noisy. Weekend parties across the street are loud and go late. There is lots of noisy activity in the alley behind the building. Sleep was affected.

It was a nice property. Four family members were staying here for a wedding. It offered good space to practice our dance and make floral arrangements for the rehearsal dinner. Many positives. Only drawbacks were difficulty of getting into the lock box and when you enter from the street, the stairwell smells terrible. Very strong cat urine smell. The unit DOES. NOT smell. So, our first impression wasn’t good. However, once we got settled we could see the condo was nice and spacious.

Park your car (nearby parking garage) and walk every where else. My daughter and I walked to shop, eat, and sightsee! The condo feels like a home away from home. Has everything you need and more!

We truly enjoyed everything - thank you so much! Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent.
