Stayed here for three nights. Easy access to Winter Park. The host was excellent at answering all questions quickly. Would stay here again!!

Our first ski trip to Winter Park was a huge success. I really appreciate how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. I still miss the warm fire place that I spent the evening time with my family. Thank you so much for the great memories!

Condo was clean and well stocked. Ground floor unit. Right on a river trail that takes you into town, so makes for a nice morning coffee walk. I have stayed in several complexes like this one near ski resorts and they are all fairly similar. Owner was very easy to work with and communicated well. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just as it should be at this property. Very affordable! We will be back.

Great location near Frazier and the trail system. The unit is well furnished and stocked with pats, pans, plates, etc. Nice fire place.

We loved our stay here! The beds are comfy, my kids loved having the bunk room and the hot tubs right next door. The kitchen is a galley kitchen and was great for cooking meals in and packing lunches. There is a great deck with a gas grill, a fireplace and a storage closet inside that was great for ski/boots/poles. They had games available in the Master closet and there were plenty of extra supplies and linens. The owner was so helpful and she was readily available to message with. We will definitely stay here again!!

As described property with great owner that was easy to deal with and provided fast responses to a couple of inquiries. Right by the river with western mountain views. We’d definitely recommend.

Stay was perfect for a weekend getaway to Winter Park! Very close to ski resort and downtown Winter Park which was huge plus! Very nice stay.

First time renting from VRBO and the process of renting was smooth, no complaints. The check-in process went smooth and the directions given were clear. I will start with the good. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities we needed. The couch was comfy and the tv was the appropriate size. The internet was fast and we had no issues with it. The hot tub and sauna were next door and was easily accessed. The fireplace came in clutch with keeping us warm while watching tv. Also, Jen was very prompt in her communication returning my call within minutes. Now to the not so good, upon arriving, we found many things that were sub-par. The floor was dirty and needed a good sweep. The mats in the restroom needed to be vacuumed. The toilet seat was missing screws, making it wobbly. The tv was crooked and when I tried to straighten it, it almost fell off the bracket. The covers were dirty and had a stain on it that washed out after we threw it in the washer. The neighbors upstairs could be heard very clearly as they walked/ran, talked and used the restroom. Lastly, there was a train that would blow its horn late in the night/early in the morning. Overall, I would say that our stay was poor. This place definitely has potential but needs some work for future stays.

We found this listing last minute and were super pleased with the location and with the ease of Checkin. Accommodations were spot on! We will be staying again!

Nice space for a ski weekend

Condo was very clean. We took the train from Denver to Fraser and you can walk .03 miles to the condo or take the bus that has a bus stop right there at the train station. If we drop you off at the condo. Then if you want to go any where the bus stop is right outside the lot to condo. Great place and friendly people to rent from.

This was such a perfect stay for our ski trip in Winter Park! The stay was spacious, had washer/dryer, and parking was super easy. It accommodated 7 people very comfortably too! The fireplace is very cozy after a long day. The place was very clean and everything was stocked up. The owners were great at communicating. We will definitely try to book here again if we come back to Winter Park next year! Thank you!

Very spacious and clean, located in a great area

Condo was clean and recently remodeled. Close to ski area, restaurants, and stores. Bunk room was a plus for families with kids. Communication with owner was great and check in process was very easy and convenient.

The property was very clean & comfortable & the host was quick to respond to any questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much! It's clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and made a great stay for our first winter park adventure!

Says it sleeps 8 but 4 are small bunk beds 1 full size bed and a pull out couch. Not ideal for more then 2 adults. Otherwise nice, clean, and convenient location.

Stayed here for a weekend of tubing with the kids. The listing was accurate and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Will consider staying here again!
