Beautiful location and gorgeous views of the ocean. Older condo but well appointed and comfortable. Could not beat the location!

The property is described, but the management company seemed determined to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. They did not tell us of construction that is on the property right next to this unit which not only is loud, but precluded us from parking in the space described in the listing as being so close and convenient. Check in was disorganized to say the least. A couple days in they contacted us to let us know they were giving the door code to a Home Depot rep to measure for carpet - whether we liked it or not, or whether we'd be there or not. That made us very uncomfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic and with valuables in the unit. The ad featured prominently the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc but they failed to tell us that those had all been closed for several months already due to the pandemic. They even had the nerve to charge an extra fee for use of those facilites. The management just seemed very amateurish. It's too bad because the unit itself is comfortable and has a nice view.

Overall, we had a good stay here. The condo has a beautiful location overlooking the ocean, and just 3 flights of stairs to the beach. There are lots of stairs everywhere, to get to the condo, the parking, the beach-so if you can’t do multiple flights of stairs this place is not a good match for you. The things in the condo were either brand new, or very very old. Nice new bed sheets and towels, a nice tv with cable and DVR in every room. The carpet and the big couch are both very old and grimy, and need to be replaced. The couch leaked feathers all over the room and had a odor. The drain in the master bathroom is clogged with some kind of fur/mold/hair that made me want to throw up. The toilets flush very very slow. There were a lot of dishes and cuttlery and glassware, but nothing really matched, and most were either chipped or dirty. There is a coffee pot, but no coffee or cream left for you. There are ceiling fans in every room, which is nice because there is no AC, but it still gets very warm in the rooms. We were unable to open the windows in the living room because none of them had screens, and I was fearful that my toddler would accidentally fall out of the screen less window. Overall, we had a nice time, the location and view are amazing. If the owners would put a little love into the unit and upgrade some things, the unit would have a much more luxurious feel, instead of feeling dirty.

When I removed the sheets as required for check out, the pillow I had been sleeping on was blood stained and disgusting! It was filthy! The pillow on the sofa was worn and had feathers coming out. The carpet had several stains and needs to be cleaned. This condo needs to be freshened up. Also, the vanities are too tall, women have to stand on their toes when brushing their teeth to reach the sink! We could not reach or see inside some kitchen drawers they are so high up. I would choose another condo in the complex next time.

Condo is huge, lovely, great view on the DelMar dog beach. Home is well appointed and comfy. Linens are wonderful. We had a lovely time! Two suggestions: Upgrade drinking glasses; and improve the check in process. The lock box is hard to locate and to open. Place address of 825 Sierra prominently on the check in packet. We loved this property and intend to stay again!

Perfect location - close to dog park beach, race track, restaurants and shopping! Seniors can park and get into the condo with no stairs. Balcony and living areas have perfect ocean and sunset views as does the community patio and 'living room.' Lots of stairs to the beach, but easy for most people to tackle and you can walk the beach to dog beach during low tide. Couch is so comfortable and the condo is clean and updated-loved it!

The condo was clean with comfortable furnishings. I deducted a star from the rating due to the following maintenance issues: The windows were dirty, detracting from the great view. Lighting was poor. Two of the three lights in the master bath were burned out. Undercounter kitchen light didn't function. The recessed kitchen lighting was dim, as were all the lamps. Many of the dinner plates were noticeably chipped. There were hardly any wine glasses, and those were mismatched. Cluttered with odds and ends of cookware and flat wear. All of the above are easy fixes, which would take a very small investment of time and money. Were these problems corrected, we could unconditionally recommend this condo.

We had such a wonderful time. When we arrived and opened the door and saw the ocean view we knew we were in the right place. The interior was beautiful and it looked just like it did in the Picture. It was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The Seabreeze team were a dream to deal with.

We loved our stay and the views were fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the views took our breath away!! The condo is fully stocked and immaculate. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Sanctuary in Solana Beach. My husband and I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at this lovely beachfront property. The views of the Pacific were spectacular. We could see dolphins from the deck. The location was great! We were close to La Jolla and downtown San Diego. Only a short drive to Temecula Valley for wine tasting and dining. We enjoyed the sunset on the deck every night. The condo was well equipped. On item that would be nice, would be a small gas grill on the deck. The complex has gas grill but it is located at the main pool which was a slight inconvenience. The condo had beach toys, chairs and umbrella for use. The condo was equipped with plenty of toiletries which was also very nice. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for a wonderful time. Your personal shopper had all our requested items delivered prior to our arrival, which was a great added bonus. The children had fun playing in the beautifully landscaped yard. They also enjoyed the added treat of the sand toys that were provided. It was such a short walk to the ocean, we went each morning before going to the zoos. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation and location. We look forward to our return.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend reunion and it was perfect for our needs. We wanted a comfortable place to relax and unwind and spend time together, close to La Jolla's attractions. It was ideal. The kitchen was big and well equipped with pots and pans and the basics (salt, pepper, oils, vinegars) and the grill was stellar, which was great because we ate most of our meals at home. The pool and hot tub heat up quickly and are clean and beautiful. The view from the second floor can't be beat, and although there are neighbors close by it feels private and secluded. The house is lovely and comfortable and full of everything you need - beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap. Everything about staying there is easy. You can't walk into La Jolla from here but it's a short drive to downtown and the beach.

My family just enjoyed a"long" weekend at your properties. The house was large enough to accommodate 14 and with room to spare. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub was a definite winner. The children spent as much time in the water as possible. Sometimes walking to the ocean and other times by the pool. Now we are trying to coordinate vacations with our next trip.

What a wonderful stay! Everything about it more than I had hoped for. We especially enjoyed the tennis courts, spa, grounds and unbelievable sunsets. We can't wait to go back again. Seabreeze made our choice an easy one. Thank you for your recommendation for this place!
