Nice little place! Great access to beach and nice pool and patio area. Would have liked a plug and mirrors to dry my hair and extra garbage bags. Overall it had everything we needed and enjoyed the extra time you gave us! Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay! Lots of great restaurants and shops, the pool was great and the beach was easily accessible and very relaxing. The condo was super cute and very clean! There were extra beach chairs, toys and towels which came in handy! We can’t say enough: The property had everything you would need including a convenient laundry room and a grill. The owner instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for more!!!!

Great place to stay

The property was directly on the beach (with a beautiful beach view as well!) and was the perfect place for us to stay for the week. Each bedroom was spacious and the living/common area was wonderful. Lisa was incredible communicating with us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking. For those with little ones (we had two infants on this trip), I think it’s important to note that the entrances to the property are through the bedrooms, not the living room. We have some great sleepers, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but for those with kids who need naps during the day and are easily awoken, it can be a little tricky. Again, this wasn’t an issue for our deep sleepers, but for some it may be. We adored our stay and our entire experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone! We can’t wait to return in the future!

Our girls trip couldn’t have been better. Lisa and Frank’s condo was perfect for our group. The condo was exactly as described and the view from the balcony and pool was amazing. The condo has a charming, relaxed beach vibe. The setup of the two adjoining units allowed us to have some separation when needed and then come together in the common living and kitchen area. Also, having two bathrooms was an added bonus for us. Lisa and Frank provided us with an extensive list of local dining establishments, and all that we tried were excellent. Especially enjoyed Norwoods Treehouse. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property was very clean and decorated in a beachy way that was very tasteful. The beds were comfortable, there were nice beach chairs, very cute flamingo dishes, great set of pots and pans and plenty of towels. The pool was beautiful and the ocean was spectacular! We will definitely come again, thanks Lisa!

As a family of four travelers, we found this cute little unit to be just what we needed for a few days at the beach. The adjoining units are renovated former hotel rooms and have all the creature comforts of home. Brightly decorated with beach blues and tans, this rental is the perfect place to enjoy family time or just relax and unwind. Just steps to the pool and beach and convenient driving distance to dining, shopping, and sightseeing. What more could you ask for?

We walked in and the rooms were very clean and cozy. We loved the beach accessories towels, umbrellas, chairs, even toys! Access to the beach was too notch and the atmosphere was like being at home. Lisa was available via text and quickly responded anytime we had questions.

LOVE having a king bed for parents and bunks for the kids. So rare to find a king with a good option for kids. It was my son’s first bunk bed and he was so excited. Beach toys, towels, and chairs were all provided and the condo was lovely. Hope to come back soon for a much longer stay!

She means it when she says, "cutest condo In New Smyrna Beach"! Perfectly appointed, very (I mean VERY) clean, and renovated to the "T". The overall complex is not great, but believe me when I say this unit (we rented 201 and 202) is perfection!!!! And the level and frequency of communication.....just wow. Really impressed by these owners and their beautifully decorated, scrubbed clean, oh-so cute units! Did I mention remote controlled shades and fans, Keurigs fully stocked eith creamer and K-cups, etc. Big smiles! Great value!

Amazing condo right on the beach by the driving side/non-driving side. We had yet another wonderful NSB vacation here, and we highly recommend this property!

Host was fantastic! Responded to questions quickly and went above and beyond by dropping extra beach chairs We had a nice spot for me and my boys and we felt safe and comfortable.

Great stay at NSB-- everything you need for family of 6. Honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Close to downtown restaurants and/or grocery if you want to cook for yourself. Condo is well equipped and owners have provided plenty of start up supplies. You could literally fly in for a beach vacay here and not need to worry about chairs, umbrellas, towels or toys. Just bring your clothes, buy your food and enjoy your stay. Lisa is very attentive and quick to communicate. We would most definitely stay here again.

Well stocked, comfortable beach condo. Great location, quiet, in a less touristy part of town. It has everything needed for a fun beach getaway.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was a great stay for 4 adults, 3 kids. We thought it might be a little small but were pleasantly surprised on our arrival! Also, the interior design was cozy and up to date. The host was helpful and friendly before and during our stay. I'm pretty sure this has to be the best condo in the complex! The sunrise ocean view is amazing! It is also within walking distance to at least a couple great eating options! We definitely plan on going back!

We stayed at Lisa and Frank's this past weekend and had a fantastic time! To start with, the communication with Lisa exceeded expectations before, during, and after our stay! She was quick to respond to any questions that I had and communicated everything needed in a prompt manner. Upon arriving to the condo (we stayed in both units), we loved the set up! The decor is exactly as picture, SO CUTE! They also supplied plenty of beach towels, beach toys (which my daughter loved), and even beach umbrellas so we didn't have to bring our own! The view was also perfect of the pool + beach. Even with a pool view, the noise never travelled into the unit. We cooked both nights we stayed and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed (excellent knives)! It's tight to have more than one person cooking in the kitchen but does the job well. Pro tip: bring your own case of water if you aren't a fan of tap water. This VRBO exceeded our expectations, especially based on price, and we are excited to return next year!

Also having two rooms was so nice for the teens who wanted to sleep in or go to bed early. I loved having a little kitchen for coffee in the morning and frozen drinks in the afternoon. It was so nice to have a coffee machine, Keurig, blender, and an oven. All the utensils and kitchen essentials were there. Having two bathrooms was fantastic too. The showers were great! I loved not having to find my key and only having to remember the code to get into the hotel. The pool was perfect. Lots of chairs and tables for lounging. It was a quick walk to the ocean and there were even towels and beach chairs provided. Fantastic! We loved the view from the decks as well. We woke up to gorgeous sunrises, palm trees, birds, and ocean waves each morning. You can hear the waves crashing which is so amazing. We loved having multiple TVs, a kitchen table, and a living room area. The air conditioner worked well and there were dehumidifiers and air purifiers if needed. New Smyrna is a great little town. Lots of fun things to do and delicious food. Our hosts, Frank and Lisa, gave us fabulous recommendations for food and fun.

I frequently rent properties thru VRBO and this trip was one of the easiest. Lisa was wonderful from the start and worked to accommodate our whacky schedule. She allowed us early check-in when we arrived early after an all night drive. The condo was beautifully decorated as advertised and the location on the beach was just what we needed for our winter escape. We would definitely stay there again for the comfort and convenience to all that we wanted to do.
