Nice and spacious house

We stayed at this incredible home with 4 generations of family members, 20 something people in all, and had the most amazing week! The Bradenton Beach House is so big and there are so many places to spread out and come together it was perfect! Very clean, well-stocked and appointed. All the beds were extremely comfortable, and the fact that it had a full bathroom in every bedroom was beyond perfect! We loved the neighborhood, and the back yard was so nice. Everyone loved the heated pool and the hot tub! The host was so friendly and accommodating we really couldn't have asked for a better home and location for our family getaway. We will be back!

We stayed at the Bradenton Beach House in mid-December. The house was perfect and the host was excellent! We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. We really enjoyed the screened backyard, the theater room, huge dining table, and Tony the host was perfect. Could not ask for a better house and host! We will be back!

This house is so perfect and amazing. It's even better and bigger than the pictures show. We had a group of 20 people and never felt like we had a full house. There are so many spaces to spread out. We loved the decor or the huge bedrooms. The 12-ft dining room table was great for getting everyone together, and the new hot tub was definitely an unexpected hit! The house is only a few minutes away from the Anna Maria Island beaches and was an incredible value compared to the cost of staying on the island. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. This is really the perfect place for a large group. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

We had a great vacation at the Bradenton Beach House. The host was excellent, they obviously have this down for hosting large groups. We had 20 people and it never felt like it. The house is even better in person than the pictures. I think they are getting new photos, but the theater room has a new huge sectional couch with 2 big bean bags. We were able to get all 20 people in there to watch movies every night. Two of the bedrooms are completely different, and decorated so cool. The kids were fighting over the new rooms. The outdoor fully screened space was amazing, so many things to do. They’re in the process of adding a hot tub, which would have been amazing, but hopefully next time. We felt like we never needed to leave the house but it was only like 5 minutes to the beach. I would definitely recommend you stay here!

We stayed at this house for a week in July. We absolutely loved every minute. It's a quick drive to the beach. We loved the Manatee Public beach. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is huge! The living room is so big and we loved the big table that allowed everyone to eat together. All of the rooms are really big in general. The bedrooms are spacious...even the rooms with 2-queen beds, the theater room was awesome with lots of seating. There are so many places for the family to spread out, we never felt like there were 20 people in the house. It could honestly hold 2x that. The pool and outdoor area were great with so many things to do, corn hole, ping pong, outdoor tv, etc. Check in was a breeze, everything was extremely clean and most of all the host was exceptional. Thanks for the great stay, we will be back!

This house was great for our large family vacation. We love how close it is to Anna Maria Island, specifically Holmes Beach which is a favorite of ours. Lots of amenities throughout the home, and we loved playing corn hole out by the pool. We had a few minor issues, but great communication with Tony allowed for a smooth vacation!

Had a great time at the house. There were plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom, which was wonderful. The pool was great along with the outside games. Close to Anna Maria Island for good food on the water and shopping. Tony (owner) was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely time at the Bradington house. It’s been a lot of time in the pool and in the theater room. There were a few little quirks with the house, but nothing serious. The owner is delightful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed our time at this home. We named the mango home because there were hundreds of mangoes dropping while we were there. We ate as many as we could. The house was nice. Had a few little quirks, but nothing serious. We really enjoyed both the pool and the cinema room. Tony was very nice. Thanks for the great vacation.

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. My family was in Florida for our niece graduation. This location was ideal for getting to her graduation and other activities that was on the schedule. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for all my family. A lot of space for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. There were a few minor problems that didn’t interfere with our stay but was given to the owner who advises they will address them before they rent to the next family. Enjoyed all the beaches that were near by. The Publix market was definitely a need for our stay.

We stayed at your home with our family (7 adults and 4 children under 5) and it was spacious and the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom was really a plus. We spent hours in the heated pool. The kitchen was large and had all the items needed for preparing meals. The huge table accommodated our group with elbow room to spare. Thank you

We had a wonderful Easter break vacation with all of our kids and grandkids in your beautiful home! Everyone loved the pool, the beach and all of the wonderful and fun activities to do in this large 6 bedroom/ 8 bathroom vacation rental! All of our kids and grandkids had so much fun and never wanted to leave!

We stayed for a senior spring break trip for six seniors and some parents. The house was perfect. Bedrooms all had their own bathroom. The kitchen is huge! There could be a lot of people in their and it never felt crowded. The backyard is great for socializing, swimming, and grilling. The property owner was awesome. We had some questions and he immediately answered them. As long as you don’t have a rowdy group (quiet time starts at 9pm) I would recommend this property with no hesitation. We all enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here as a large extended family. It was very spacious. It had everything we needed for adults down to baby. In a quiet neighborhood so perfect for a family vacation.

We had a group of six guys in the area for a golf trip, and we all stayed here. It was plenty big for all of us. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the remaining amenities, including a very large eating area, large outside hanging-out area, ping pong table, pool, pool table, lounging area with big screen, large kitchen and Peloton, were all very nice to have. The owner was very accessible when a minor problem with the Peloton came up, and he took care of the problem right away to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 8 guys for an annual golf trip . I have doing this trip for 20 years and this was our first stay at this house.
It had large rooms and plenty of beds for all of us. Each bedroom had its own bath!
The pool was great and the media room had lots of space for a large group.
We really look forward to going back to stay at this house and Tony was easy to get in touch with and checked on us at arrival.

It was a nice big roomy place for a large family. Wasn’t to big on the camera on the back deck where you want to relax with family. Maybe suggest camera down facing just the pool only. Other then that was a wonderful house.

Found the perfect place to house all the family. It was a little cool this year for the pool, but with it heated we still could enjoy it a couple days. Plenty of room, awesome theater room, games, billiard table, so many amenities, plus good location. Very responsive host. Tony even put up a Christmas tree for us. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. My family and a few friends stayed here for a five nights for a soccer tournament. Very clean and comfortable for all guests. It has several spacious gathering spaces including the living room, media room, and outside area. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make dinner every night. And it was perfect to have bathrooms for every room. We especially appreciated the lit up palm tree outside in celebration of the holidays! (We stayed in mid December)
The host, Tony, was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, a great place to stay for large groups.

We had a great stay at the Bradenton Beach House for Thanksgiving! We had plenty of room for our large family with enough space to spread out and also enjoy awesome meals as a group. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck as well. Very well clean with everything needed to cook big meals in the kitchen. Tony, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had and accommodated all requests! Highly recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. We enjoyed the expansive place and the opportunity to be together as a family under one roof. My family members each enjoyed the home as well as the close proximity to Anna Maria Island and its amenities. The owners/hosts - from start to finish - could not have been any more helpful. Tony's (the owner) responsiveness to us and our needs was wonderful. Very glad we stayed in one of their properties!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We would have given it. 5 star but there were multiple problems keeping it from a 5 star rating. Having said that we have nothing but praise for Tony who was always there to address our concerns. Sandy

Our family loved staying in this large beautiful home with everything a large family would need. Fun Tours Dolphin cruise was a big winner for the kids when we could get them out of the pool or off the beach

Truly enjoyed our stay!!
We stayed with our entire family of 15+ people, various ages. We truly enjoyed our stay of spacious house, our favorite spot was the long wooden table... the host was amazing at communication and any other accommodations we needed during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hidden but spacious place near Anna Marie Island.

Large house for multiple families
House setup is perfect for a large group. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and decorated with a theme. There is plenty of living space and things to do inside the house like the pool table, movie theater room. Outside there is a pool and ping pong table. House looks exactly like the pictures. Location is good with amenities close by. There are several beaches, grocery stores and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The host is very responsive and his recommendations for the beach and restaurants are spot on.

The dining room and theater rooms are the perks of this house. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms needed some updating....especially the bathrooms for the price of the home. The outside pool and grilling area also need to be cleaned up. The house was very big though.

Our family had a fabulous time in this beautifully decorated home with a great layout for a xl large group . The pool was a big hit along with the ping pong table & theater room ! Tony was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns beforehand and during our stay. We enjoyed eating & takeout at the Pigout(smoked bbq) restaurant . We took a dolphin cruise with Paradise dolphin cruise , informative & saw many dolphins. Very grateful for our time with entire family in FL in this house, memories were made !
