When we arrived we found the home to be half occupied. The master closet was locked so we had no where to hang clothing. There were personal items in the the night stand drawers, shower, fridge and multiple pantries. In the kitchen drawer I found magic mushroom drugs, a full unwashed dishwasher, no soap, no garbage bags, a broken microwave and a machete knife easily accessible on top of a the refrigerator. Both bathrooms had no wash cloths, no hand soap. So we had to go to the store to get normal supplies that come with rental homes. The carpet was old and “crunchy”. Our view from our patio to the river was blocked by a 4ft by 8ft for sale sign. Very little parking in the driveway. Had to park sideways. The parking across the street was chained up. Very uncomfortable stay as if we were sharing the house with the homeowner and their stuff was in our way. The second bedroom closet was half full of paint buckets and painting supplies as well. I learned the home is in foreclosure so my guess is the owner just doesn’t care anymore. Won’t be going back. Pictures and videos have been taken as well. Requesting refund as we could not find any other accommodations in town when we arrived.

House was easy check in process, owner was great and allowed an exception for us bring out 12yr elderly 15lb dog which we would of had to cancel if not. Boat ramp is about 1 mile away and was easy.

The house is in a good location & is as described.

Location was great. The place was clean and very welcoming. The only issues I had was there was everything for coffee but no coffee. And the thermostat is set between 78 and 80 and there is no way to change it.

Need more patio chairs. Provide hairdryer. Provide coffee
