Everything we hoped it would be! Wonderful, perfectly located! A Villa for sure!

My daughter, grandchildren and I had a great stay at this villa. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. We were within walking distance of the beach. Everything was perfect, especially the service provided. Communication was outstanding and we will definitely return.

The property was excellent, back yard, hot tub, pool all top notch. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking a bit of an issue since Deerfield disallowed parking on the burm late in our stay. Caused owners to park second or even third cars in the parking lot. A little congested. The owner of our unit and the facility maintenance man (Joseph) were very understanding and helpful in solving the parking issue I had when I needed to park a second car.

Great location. Close to beach and on the quieter end of the beach. Loved all the indoor and outdoor spaces.

This place has all the comfort of home. We had my wife, adult son and myself. Nice backyard with a hot tub and a bar. It’s very dark out there. Easy walk to the international pier. Great place to walk to the beach and see the sunrise. Seamless check in check out experience. It’s a beautiful place a and well taken care of.

The yard needs to be groomed too many coconuts in the tree above the hot tub.The grill starter button not working .No corkscrew you need a bigger fry pan.You need better cups and glasses and that’s my punch list

My family was very comfortable in this beautiful condo by the beach. All the comforts of home and an easy walk to the town of Deerfield Beach. Will definitely stay again!!

Villa Palma is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. All the small touches were so wonderfully done and added to the luxurious feel. The backyard area was so private and having a hot tub and private area to dine and relax was such a great addition. the location is excellent as the beach is 2 min away as well as some great restaurants. Than you so much!

Me and my family will definitely looking forward to staying here soon.

So many vacation properties are so sterile and minimalistic, they don't looked lived in. This property manages to have a homely feel to it and settling in was really easy. My only disappointment was that the photographer managed to make the outside area look three times the size it actually was. Beautiful place to stay if you are looking to relax, but also have the quick and easy walking distance to the beach.

Our place at Villa Palma was perfect for our family. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was perfect and nice and warm! You are so close To the beach, it's a 5 minute short walk, and you are 15-20 minute walk to fun restaurants and shops. The communication was great and check in was a breeze. We're looking to come back for sure.

This a wonderful choice we made to stay here. We are reserved on expectations due to the realistic vs. enhanced images for some listings, BUT this one did not disappoint. This place was beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entire place was nice and clean, beds/pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, if you want. Plenty of areas to sit and hangout, especially outside. Once you’re done enjoying the inside, step outside into a the private tropical patio area. The landscaping was so well done, with a variety of flowering plants which attracted a lot of butterflies. The area had a bar/tiki area with a ceiling fan, for those hotter days. Although there was a hot tub, would probably be nicer in the cooler season, we would’ve liked to either have the temp adjustable or the ability to turn off the heating. Other than that, our stay was super enjoyable and would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the beach and there is also public paid parking by the beach, if preferred. Our stay was during the week, mid June, which made for a less busier location for families. Because of the previous statement, it allowed us to also enjoy the community pool without other people. Our kids loved that there were floats and pool noodles available for use in the garage, along with the beach chairs and other items. Overall again, a great stay and would plan to make another trip!

Close to everything place was spotless great Soundsystem downstairs Jacuzzi was great. The host and anything needed will stay again.

Great place with a super easy walk to the beach. A nice addition was the private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. Would definitely rent again.

The home is situated right near beach access with all the beach gear you need. The bed is extremely comfortable with plush linens and high quality sheets. The back garden is spectacular. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy the weekend. We experienced internet issues but the property manager was quick to address the issue and communicate regarding the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Palma. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The backyard was wonderful - with lots of seating and a hot tub. We also really appreciated the work station in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the printer. The pool was heated, clean and convenient. Easy walk to the beach and a two mile round trip walk to the Deerfield pier and restaurants. There are also several small areas nearby with benches to sit on and watch the boats on the inter coastal. A few things to note: The unit is three floors with the bedrooms on the top and the kitchen on the second floor. This was not an issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues or lots of luggage. The Wi-Fi was not great - fine for normal things but couldn't handle streaming. Also, turning left onto AIA can be difficult but there is an easy backway to get onto Hillsboro Blvd which we wished we had found earlier. Overall, a great stay.

We had a wonderful week in a quiet home near the beach. Home was spacious and well furnished. Plenty of towels were provided as were beach chairs. Guests should take note that this is a triplex with many stairs and that the kitchen is a flight up from the living room and outdoor area.

The property was lovely. Very clean. Well equipped. Easy access to lots of activities. The property management and staff were excellent. Very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhome is quiet, very well maintained, and convenient to the beach. We also enjoyed the lovely, private patio area. It was perfect for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It's so comfy and relaxing. The outside patio area is perfect for gathering with friends and private but yet so quick to get to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay at this location.

Everything was as promised

We did not know that a huge amount of seaweed is present on the beach from June til September. The villa was very clean and they were responsive. We would stay again when there is no sea weed.

What a lovely unit! The Villa Palma is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a five minute walk to the southernmost end of Deerfield Beach. If you are looking for an area that is walking distance to restaurants and shops, you will want to stay closer to the Deerfield pier. The pier is a 15-20 minute walk or you can use one of the two bicycles included with this rental (two more would be even nicer). My favorite part of this rental was the backyard. It is like a tropical getaway! There were so many butterflies! Any issues that we had were quickly recognized by the management team and resolved as speedily as possible. This is a wonderful place to stay and I cannot wait until my next visit!

Lovely townhome and very convenient location. Enjoyed using the beach cart as it made walk to beach easy!

A wonderful week in Florida

I've stayed in many AirBnb's and my experience with this one was one of the best! The check-in process was so smooth…I really appreciated the last minute text with all the info so I didn't have to be searching through my inbox, and the binder and all the labels inside the unit were helpful as well. We truly had everything we needed and when I had a question the host answered right away! Really an ideal AirBnb stay…could not have been better!

Staying here was like being in your own private tropical oasis. Very private, peaceful and quite backyard. The place was super clean and beautifully furnished, the bed in master bedroom was extremely comfortable. All the appliances were high end including the cookware and silverware. Everything that was promised was available. We would stay here again.

The location, amenities, decor, cleanliness of Villa Palma was everything we could imagine. We felt so at home there and the location was perfect. A short Distance to the beach with all the beach necessities made going to the beach extremely simple. We had an issue at the location for a short amount of time that was not the fault of the management company and they took care of it right away. I would 100% without a doubt rent here again.

We just returned form a week long stay with another couple at this amazing condo. Our first time to Deerfield Beach, and we found this be a great location and exactly as depicted in the listing. The home is beautiful and the backyard is a tropical oasis itself! Hope to return there some day sooner rather than later!
