My husband and I, along with our 2 college age boys headed to this amazing rental for Spring break. The house suited all our needs. House was well decorated , clean and excellent, quick communication from owners. Lots of space, great location for hiking trails and easy access to restaurants. The pool and spa offered hours of enjoyment. We will certainly be back again soon and will definitely choose this location again.

Really happy with the accommodations. The house was set up great for 6 adults and 1 child. Each room was spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed! Would certainly choose to stay here again

This home is located in a quiet, gated community that is conveniently located between both airports with access to the walking trail in the nature preserve. It was clean and all the amenities were of good quality. With a hot tub, pool, putting green and grill in the back yard, who can ask for more? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Property was wonderful! Super clean and spacious! We paid to heat the pool and spa, very much worth it for the kids and adults. Felt like we were out of town with privacy, yet so close to things in Mesa and Gilbert (our favorite places to frequent). We would definitely stay again!

There was one tear on one of the patio lounge chairs.

I stayed at this property with one other adult. We are both over 55 and just wanted a quiet, comfortable place to relax and experience some day trips around the area. The house has everything you could need along with a well-equipped backyard. The pool and spa were perfect. The rental management team is very responsive and attentive. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. Remember to respect the property and ve considerate to the neighbors.

Great place to stay during our home’s renovation. It was a stressful time for us having to move out of our home during the hot summer, but everything we needed was provided. The pool was such a great plus during the record breaking heat in the valley. Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Terrific place for out of town folks or stay-cationers!

Loved time with family as we watched our son play in the NAIA National Golf Tournament. Location is terrific, property management communication was stellar, amenities such as the full kitchen, pool and patio area, towels, games in the closet, washer/dryer, and the comfy beds were great. I recommend and would book again if in the area in the future.

My best friend of 45 years!!!! Long time! We decided to get out of the rainy Oregon & Washington States and go to AZ and lay by the pool, sleep, cook and watch movies for a week. So relaxing! Except all the birds in mating season lol! We were laughing constantly! It’s amazing that birds can make so many noises. Some sounded like a cat, dog and more. The house was quiet except all the house sounds of constant building settling. Very quiet neighborhood. Was not very happy as one of the managers just let himself in. Very disturbing. Scared me really bad. Said he thought we were gone and we still had two full days and nights left. Big bedroom has an amazing mattress. The other beds in the other bedrooms mattresses were a lot thinner. Mattresses are a lot thinner than the main bedroom. Tried sleeping in the middle of the beds, but there were significant differences. Try to get out of the hole, but then the middle was so uncomfortable, felt like you were laying right on a plank. Tried another bed, same thing. The beds badly need box springs or a thick foam mattress top on top of the those mattresses. The huge fuzzy blankets that are in all the closets are sooooo snuggly and warm! Snuggling on the couch or on the bed at night was wonderful. I’m a pretty picky pillow person, but the pillows were great. Plenty of dishes and equipment in the kitchen. Very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. All the beach towels by the back door are so handy! We very much appreciated all the towels in each area. Beautiful backyard. Super speedy Geekos! Loved the pool. I was however annoyed by the cleaning unit that goes in the pool. I was asked if I wanted the pool warmed and I said no thank you at that outrageous amount. However, it was never mentioned that the hot tub isn’t hot???? What’s up with that. I get it with the pool. But it should not be extra to heat the jacuzzi! That was a huge factor in picking the place that we did. Would have been nice if there were bikes in the garage and a ping pong table. We barely even heard any neighbors, it was very peaceful! Plenty of space in the refrigerator! Stereo sure would have been nice to be able to relax and listen to music. Thank you.

What a wonderful well taken care of home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for my family of 8. We enjoyed the back yard so much. The pool & spa was perfect. We met a few of the neighbors & they were very welcoming. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We would love to stay again.

This lovely four bedroom house located in a quiet gated community has everything you need for either a short or extended stay. It's well appointed and conveniently located.

It was quite easy, from beginning to end.

The house was perfect for 7 guests. My two favorite things about this rental was the backyard and the well stocked kitchen. Only opportunity for improvement would be having shampoo,, conditioner and body soap for the bathrooms.

We loved this home for our family getaway with adult kids and two young grandchildren. Spacious home was immaculate and stocked with every essential item needed. Quiet, gated community perfectly positioned to be an easy drive to golf, dining, attractions and shopping. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location in a safe gated community. East Mesa is the best side of town conveniently located to great the outdoors and hiking areas. Spacious House with all the comforts of home. Hot tub a must on those cool November nights! Gas Firepit did not disappoint! Comfy beds. Entire house super clean and well-furnished kitchen. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect house for my combined work/fun trip. Easy access to the 202, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Very quiet neighborhood, and the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on! I'll definitely be staying here again.

This is by far our most favorite VRBO we have stayed at to date. It is beautifully furnished & decorated, well equipped, and the outside space is amazing. When we arrived the home was, to our delight, staged beautifully. We had everything we needed for our entire week stay. (I have never stayed at a rental with such an abundance of quality, plush towels.) We especially enjoyed the back yard. We were in the pool EVERYDAY!! My kids had a great time on the putting green. My bestie and I loved sitting by the fire bowl in the evening. The management was very communicative and quick to respond. My kids asked if we could go back every spring break.

All was great- especially the four bedrooms, all with comfy king beds, which we needed for our adult children who were joining us! This quiet location is in the foothills, convenient to Usery Regional Park which we enjoy for hiking. This location is also close to stores and restaurants, though is residential and gated. Getting into Scottsdale is easy though a medium drive. We enjoyed the pool and putting green, and the fruit and flowering trees were a nice bonus-

This home was wonderful!! Everything is newly furnished and fresh so it was a delight to cook a couple meals or just coffee and breakfast. The beds were all comfortable and bedding and pillows were fresh and clean. While the indoor areas were furnished comfortably, including a dining table for 6 which we took full advantage of; the outdoor area was very special also. Pool, spa, fire pit, citrus trees and song birds galore. The sunsets and desert cacti are landscaped nicely throughout the complex. The Management Team worked well with us as we found ourselves in need of a home within 24 hours as our other rental had cancelled on us. They worked with us and made it work!! Linda, etc.
