The condo was close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We could easily walk to eat or get ice cream each evening. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The parking is tight if you don’t have a small car. We had a large truck that would not fit under the condo and had to reach out to the management company to find other options to park. They responded quickly and found a solution and It was a nice stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo, really enjoyed it. The location is very nice, within very short walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking is tight, but overall, a great place to stay.

Was a cute property and had every thing that we needed, beds were comfortable, good pressure in bathroom everything we needed in kitchen , TVs worked great with lots of streaming , close walk to beach , shops and restaurants..but I can tell you right now that the carpets in both bedrooms were stained beyond belief and no, they did not have somebody come in professionally and clean like it’s stated. It would not be hard at all to get a carpet cleaner in there.. the cream color couches were also stained, they are slip covers all you need to do is take them off and wash them which we did and they came out perfectly clean on the larger of the two. We could not leave them dirty and 💯 cleaner than when we came.

You can't ask for a better location with this property - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars . We had everything we needed here!

This is a great location - about a 1/2 block from the beach. The unit is roomy and filled with sunshine. The kitchen is equipped well and the appliances are new and work well. The biggest complaints we had are with the filthy looking carpets in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms carpets are stained horribly and either need to be replaced or definitely cleaned professionally. The rest of the unit was very clean and well kept up (okay, one more exception would be the white slipcovers which were also stained). The TV was large and had some streaming services provided and since we were there mid-week (and kind of off-season), it was quiet. Our only other complaint is the parking. When you received the email explaining your arrival, it tells you "compact parking". Up until that, there was no indication that the parking provided was out of the norm. However, like so many buildings in this area, they are raised for hurricane flooding. And the parking is under the building which is supported by large (and many) cement block pillars. You need to park (some units) in between these pillars. In addition, there is a fence across the road to avoid and for unit 3, there is also more cement pillars protecting the edge of the building. I ended up taking the paint off the side of my car attempting to pull into this spot. And I talked with another renter who scrapped the front of his brand new car. There definitely needs to be some information about this horrible parking situation in the description on VRBO. If you drive a small car, no worries. But you definitely need a guide to get you in safely. On the plus side, when I dealt with Southern Belle, their responses were quick and very nice. They generously allowed me to park in one of the "outside" spaces since those units were not rented during the time of our visit. I have high praise for the Southern Belle agency.

We enjoyed place was clean and very roomy for our family and loved we were able to take our dog. Missed not having a coffee pot, and parking with two cars was tight but we made it work. Would stay again quiet neighborhood.

Super nice condo! Everything was perfect, old carpet but everything else was spotless. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen and nice big porch, a block from the beach and near bars. The parking isn’t as bad as those below state, my Nissan Rogue fit fine HOWEVER the other couple had a truck and was originally told they had to pay to park on the street for the stay (which is unfair due to the price of the rental in my opinion) they ended up letting them park at the pool. They need to address that since not everyone has small vehicles. I wish they had some chairs and umbrellas for visitors, we had to rent daily.

This spot is a 2 min walk to the beach or pool and everything in between! We loved our stay here so much. the only caveat is that you can hear everything in the unit above - as in actual conversations. But we didn’t mind too much given how perfect everything else was! I highly suggest parking your car for your entire stay and renting bikes. We made a reservation with tybee bike rental online and had them delivered next day, it was so convenient! This was such a great trip, thank you so much to our hosts!

Very clean place and easy to access beach and all shopping .

Our stay started with realizing how tiny the designated parking space is and damaging our vehicle entering the garage. All of the spaces are extremely tight for this building but you should know that for this unit in particular parking is nearly impossible if you don’t have a compact. For this end unit there are 3 yellow concrete posts to the right and a fence behind making it very difficult to pull in at the right angle. Once we checked in we were pleased that the condo is very spacious, maybe even more so than it appears in photos. We appreciated having a full kitchen and laundry and enjoyed the covered patio with a great breeze from the beach. However, we will not stay here again. Besides the parking issues, the main bedroom carpet was badly stained, very gross. While VRBO says no pets allowed guests before us signed the guestbook in the condo thanking the host for allowing pets, so the stains may have been pet stains. Upon arrival, the main bathroom sink was broken as well as the garbage disposal and that side of the kitchen sink was clogged. Those issues were repaired on day 2 but on day 4 the handle of the main bathroom shower literally fell off making it unusable, I texted as I had with the other maintenance issues but got no response at all until our final day when I followed up. If I had known about the number of issues we would face we would have stayed elsewhere. We paid more for a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but for the majority of our stay the main bathroom was inoperable. FYI - we were told to park at the pool lot after damaging our car, but there are only 2 spaces there and they were frequently already taken so we payed to park sometimes numerous blocks away. There is no free public or street parking so parking matters a lot. Our friends stayed at a single family home nearby and it was much cleaner with plenty of free parking. If you are considering this condo especially near the end of the season when maintenance issues have accumulated I would keep looking.

We enjoyed our beach vacation here! Walk to the beach is so short we could just grab our boogie boards and go! Parking space was a little tight for my Chevy Blazer but we rarely needed to drive anywhere so it was not a big deal. Several good restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner. Listing is as described. Clean, pretty and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Tybee!

The condo was walking distance to everywhere. Just 1/2 block to the beach. just 1/2 block to the pool. Air conditioning was great. Large covered porch. Covered parking was the best. We didn’t pay for parking once!

Loved the location. Nice condo with all we needed. Had troublewith the nest for a/c would be nice to have instructions about how to use somewhere. Got it to change 1 nite but kept going to 80 during night and we were very hot at night! Would definitely stay here again.

Very well located. Very close to the beach and the Tybee best restaurants. Also, the pool is located in the same street. Very quiet at night. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had no problems at all.

Great stay close to the beach!

The location was perfect for us. Shirt walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time on Tybee and will stay here again!! Definitely recommend this property!!! It was extremely clean and well set up.
