Okay but some things should be improved. Lights in the driveway. Hazard at night. Irritating things such as no sieve, no tea strainer, no lights under worktops in the kitchen, poor finishing to several sections of the dwelling- has an ‘unfinished or slightly slapdash’ feel about it. Light to the dining area very poor. No replacement disposal bags. Carpets rather dirty. And so on. With a small bit of care and attention it could so easily be better.

Lovely spacious and modern property - comfortably sleeps 6-8 with lots of open plan area downstairs for family living.
Support was excellent, and communication was simple and easy.
Lovely location - with a great pub just along the road for something to eat if you dont fancy cooking.
Property was a little cold at times - but otherwise, fabulous, and highly recommended

The house was cold on arrival and the heating is electric storage which costs extra, it can be turned on however please bear in mind this will add extra to the meter reading on check out and it adds up fast

Very clean.

We stayed 2 nights at the home and it was good enough. There was plenty of space for all of us (7 adults). The morning we were leaving it was raining hard and there were a couple of roof leaks. There were a lot of cobwebs including in the kitchen. We wondered if it was off-season because most of the other homes on the lot were empty, which was fine but that might have explained the cobwebs. The area was quiet and peaceful.

The house was excellent, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need available. Comfortable beds and pillows, fab location just perfect.
The kitchen units needed a good clean and the windows too, the bedrooms and bathrooms could have done with all the cobwebs dusting. Everything generally excellent but a deeper clean is needed.

Excellent service from the booking agent and the local contact Sharon (spelling?). House was clean and ready. Sharon was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Suggestion to management: a small starter supply of coffee, tea, sugar and milk would certainly help those arriving late or tired from long trip.

Maison neuve, peu pratique

Family break
The house and location are fabulous. It is walking distance from all local amenities and is also proximal to other amenities in the vicinity. Large bedrooms in the house and plenty of living spaces for 2 families to stay together.
The house is extremely cold in winter so we had the electric heating on alot which is expensive. We also brought wood for the fire but the house is very open plan with hardly qny internal doors so the heat is lost and took a long time to get warm. I would have also thought that things like tea, sugar, dish washing tablets should be provided
