Quirky property in good location.

The apartment offers ideal accommodation for a short break in Epernay. We enjoyed the convenience of two bathrooms and a separate WC downstairs. It is located just outside the centre but everywhere is easily walked to including the train station for a trip to Paris if you didn't want to drive. Supermarkets and bakeries are 5 mins by foot for everyday purchases such as bread and milk. The terrace is lovely for an evening in, weather permitting. The provision of butter and jam along with milk when we arrived was a welcome touch. One small observation...if you are a tall person (1.80m plus) then the upstairs doorways will need negotiating! Overall we found the accommodation very good and excellent value and will most definitely book again if we return for a visit to Epernay. We have already recommended it to our friends

We spent four wonderful days with our friends in Epernay visiting the Champagne region during the day and dinning together at ‘home’ in the evening. The property is located in a residential area but is well within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies and the downtown area. Our friend enjoyed his jogging from the property to the Marne early in the morning. Due to the location, we parked our cars along the street but we did not have any problems finding parking spots during our stay. Every night, we enjoyed having aperitifs in the charming and private patio. The property was clean, neat, and we felt at home during our stay. There were available maps and information on places to see/visit. Our host Emma stopped by to see if everything was ok for us and to make sure that we had what we needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Epernay champagne region as well as our home ‘away from home’ experience at Emma’s cozy apartment.
