Mrs Avra was a great host,very friendly and helpful. She gave us all the information concerning the exploration of the Island.Our room was always clean and with beautiful islandic design. The location was great in the middle of every location of the island. Highly recommended for someone that wants to visit Milos.

The host is very collaborative. She fetched us from the port, gave us advice in terms of what to visit around the island and even helped us rent a motorbike. Zefiria is not by the sea, but one can very easily reach Adamantas with a car or motorbike in 10 minutes.

Avra (the proprietor) was lovely. Highly recommend this place but need a scooter or rental car. 5 km from town

Avra is a great person to meet and her stuios are quite enough for a stay. The location is great, just 5 min to Adamas with car. The room was very clean during the stay.

Avra was an exceptional hostess. So cheerful and helpful. The location of Avra studios was ideal, everything was in a radius of 20 minutes away. 100% recommend!

Staff was extremely helpful and kind, trying to give us the best advice and giving us lots of tips for the island. Even picked us up from the port and took us back at 7.30am. Room is spacious with good lighting :)

AC wasn't cooling down the room as much as I might like, but was not boiling alive. Also is a little bit of a distance from town, but can be taken by bus but not at all hours. About 20 euro taxi if not taking the bus.

The room was very clean, the owner was friendly, accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The location was just outside from the main town and not far from the airport which made it easy to travel around with our ATV.

Spacious room, friendly owner, the room was cleaned every day. The property is at a fair driving distance to every beach, as it is located on the center of the island. Ideal as long as you have a car.

The location is 5 km far from the main center and buses are not very frequent. It is a great location only if you have personal car/scooter

Excellent hospitality with great support from the owners for all of our questions and requests. The mattress was new and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Trust the suggestions for restaurants and trips around the island with the map provided by the owner. You will explore the hidden gems of the island from a central location that allows you to go by car all around the beaches in no more than 15 minutes for both the north and the south side of the island.

No breakfast included, but not a big issue since there is a local bakery just 1 min away walking distance that you can grab local pastries and enjoy them at the balcony of the apartments.

Zefira is at the centre of Milos and is a quiet, unspoiled village built around a beautiful church. It is a peaceful and friendly place to stay, ideal for relaxing and just enjoying the country. A car is important as public transport is infrequent but the roads are quiet and easy to drive. Avra studios fit into this environment well and Avra s a charming and very helpful host who keeps the property well maintained, spotless and comfortable. This was my second visit to Adra Studios and I intend to go there again in the not too far distant future.

The only niggles were minor and were more to do with of Greek plumbing than the property or the owner. It might be a little isolated for some travellers but the nearest town (Adamas) is only about 3k away and the lovely beach at Paleochori is even closer, so evenings out and shopping are convenient if not on the doorstep.

You need transport to get to zefiria. But if you have transport (car/quad/moto) it is perfect to explore the island. Maybe the bathroom is a bit small.

We stayed here as the location was more central so great for day trips to all parts of the island. the accommodation was very reasonably priced and the host super lovely to welcome us and chat with us during our stay.

Avra (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The studios are conveniently placed for easy access to most places on the island if you have your own means of transport.

Definitely not good value for money for what it was. 80+ GBP per day for a 5 weekday stay with no breakfast and no other amenities is certainly much...

Clean and comfortable rooms - exactly what you need for your holidays in Milos. Location is perfect to reach by car almost all the beaches in Milos. Avra is kind and generous - always willing to help you and to provide tips for Milos if you need. A big plus that the rooms were being cleaned every day. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milos!

A great place to spend your vacations. Newly renovated rooms, very clean, spacious. Quiet location but you need transportation. Close to Adamas. Avra is very friendly and happy to assist in any way possible. We had a great stay.
