Nice property- super clean and had everything we needed to ensure a nice comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Lots of space and a good place to cook as well. Just get ready for lots of stairs. I'd stay here again.

We had some issues with this rental, but there were nice things about staying here too. The best part of staying at this condo was the location. If you love to be able to roll right out onto the beach with minimal hassle, the place is great. Your crew can go from the beach to the pool to the Tiki Bar next door for an excellent cheeseburger, all within a two minute walk. The condo is also well laid out for a family stay. However, there were significant drawbacks as well. The place was not clean when we arrived, and it is older and needs updating. We were supplied with two very small, thin beach towels for a family of four, and two camp chairs. The linens for bathing supplies were also minimal- I spent the week laundering wet bath towels (also clearly the smallest, thinnest, cheapest bath towels they could find) and sandy beach towels way too frequently because they were not abundant enough. To be fair, the owners tried to order us two more beach towels, but by mid week they had not arrived and we were sick of dealing with it so we dropped the matter. The master bedroom popcorn ceiling is covered with a filthy brown dust, I shuddered to think what was on there- I didn’t turn on the ceiling fan all week because I didn’t want that dirt raining down on our bed! I like comfort and luxury, so this was not a good fit for me- however my husband is much more flexible and easygoing, and even he was very disappointed with the value we received for our money. If you love being next to the beach and don’t particularly care about how nice the interior is, this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We came on Memorial Day weekend. I was surprised we were able to get a guest parking spot without much issue. This unit is so close to the beach access and the pool was great. My kids loved splitting the day between the pool and the beach. The stairs to the 4th floor were rough, but it did provide a nice view of the sunset from the bedroom porch. The picnic table on the living room porch was a wonderful place to have family dinners. The unit was clean and well appointed. I appreciated that it had both glass/ceramic dishes and plastic dishes (great for kids). Overall I would definitely recommend this host and unit!

This condo was a great base for a group of 6 wanting a few days at the beach. The double bunk beds meant that everyone had their own bed, which was great. The property was well kitted out, clean and the porches added much appreciated outside space. In addition it's a two minute walk to the beach, so no need to move your car or haul all your stuff for the entire day to the beach. ALice was a joy to deal with - will definitely be returning.

My family enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend! The condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Communication with the owners was very good.

Spent two nights in this condo in north Carolina Beach. Very nice and affordable for a large family on a budget. Short walk to Freeman Park, an undeveloped area. We usually stay in south Carolina Beach and this area was much quieter. Approximately 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!
