Perfect place Lots of space

The house was super cute. The layout was perfect for a few adults and teenaged kids. The only downfall is the home borders a busy road so at night it was a bit noisy. If you live in a big city, it won’t bother you at all. The beds are very comfortable, bedrooms are spacious.

Great for family functions

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house is well appointed. The host relied immediately to all our requests.

Magnificent Estate, Clean, Cozy, Fun

The home is located conveniently where you need to be in Atlanta. My families’ Christmas was enjoyable even in the winter storm. The place is generally clean with some concerns. Which they were willing to rectify. After speaking with the management those details and concerns should be improved for the next visitors’ stay. I definitely recommend this space for small or large group. They will be on my list to recommend! Internally grateful, Jenee

There were not 13 beds ,and there was a little miscommunication at the very beginning but everything was rectified and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was not as nice as the home but it was still well worth it.

Plenty of space for 6 adults to stay comfortably. The arcade games were a fun activity for a group. I wouldn’t want to walk around the neighborhood, but the house itself was nice, clean and spacious. The host was instantly communicative. I might recommend adding a few more basics to the kitchen, like a sheet pan for the oven. Overall we had a very nice time here.

I came to Atlanta to spend my birthday there and This was the perfect place to stay! There was enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone and enough living area space in case we needed to use air mattresses. Also the location was fairly close to everything we did outside of the house. Having a Kroger a target 3 blocks away was helpful for quick trips to get groceries and other items. The only different thing, not necessarily “bad” was that we couldn’t control the thermostat (we had to message the owner) so we went back and forth between being hot and super cold. We honestly didn’t stay in the house long enough to have him keep adjusting it, so it was fine. Overall a really beautiful and clean house. It had everything we needed for 10 guests. It looks bigger than it actually is in the pictures.

I brought a group in for a fun weekend trip. This house was great, perfect location, beautiful layout. It was very clean and well stocked, the kitchen had actual knives that were sharp so you could use them. 10/10 I would absolutely stay here again for a weekend in Atlanta.

Great hosts, great house, great stay! A LOT to do within 30 minutes. The place is spacious and entertaining, even within the home. A fun game room in the garage, comfortable beds - couldn't have asked for much more. Five stars all around!

Very responsive host, easy check in, spacious property with good amenities as advertised, and looked like the pictures. 5 star experience with the host, would absolutely rent again if in the area. Thermostat cannot be adjusted without approval of the host, but when requested, it was adjusted almost immediately, so communication was fantastic. Overall, 5 star experience.

This house worked out very well for our two families staying there. There was plenty of room for us to all spread out. The walkability of the location is so great too. We were super close to little 5 points and walked the beltline to Krog street market for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and how centrally located this house was to all Atlanta attractions.

Easy access great location in the city a lot space took 7 kids down for spring break driveway was great to have owners were always available if something came up.

The property was beautiful and very spacious! There was a little cleaning issue. There were women’s underwear and roses underneath the bed in the master bedroom left by the last guest I guess. I slept on top of the covers because I didn’t want to risk sleeping on covers that had been “played” on. Despite that issue, the location was great and my guests and I enjoyed our stay. I would book again.

I rented this property for the weekend to host an event for my sisters, daughter and nieces. Total of 15. We had a blast. The house was local and easy to get too. The house was decorated beautifully. It was large and spacious. Looked exactly like pictures. It had all the amenities we needed. The host contacted me an hour after arrival to find out how things were going and to see if we needed anything. The only issue was the temperature in the house. The host immediately adjusted the thermostat.

The house was nice! The pictures are accurate. We couldn’t get access to the house for 30 minutes since the code was not updated. No extra sheets or pillow cases available.

We had an event at the stadium and this was very convenient in location. It was clean, well stocked, and perfect for us. Lots of room, very modern, good entertainment for groups and kids.

The service is 5 star all way; From the ease of the booking process to the friendly and prompt communication of the hosts to the cleanliness of this property. The property is much more spacious than the pictures show which was great. A+ on the decor, amenities, and security features that added to the upscale feel of a 5-star location. The location is minutes away from prime areas that have eateries, activities, and nightlife. If you have a family or big group don't worry there are plenty of t.vs for everyone to kick back watch and relax in between going out. Although there were only 4 bedrooms there were plenty of beds and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen is fully operable and in great condition. This was a very important trip for my group since it was everyone's first time in Atlanta and this property sure did deliver! We recommend this property and will book again for future trips!

First let me say the house is beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was nice. The check in process was very easy, and the home is very spacious. I wasnt expecting 3 stories. However we did have some major issues. The 1st being this home does not sleep 15 people as advertised. It sleeps 11. There are only 7 beds in the house and no pull out couches. I'm not sure where they thought 4 more people would sleep comfortably. I'm inclined to think I overpaid for a 15 sleeper and only got 7 beds! One of my guest ended up on a couch (that's not a pull out). The other major issue was an infestation of ladybugs. Any other bug we would have left and demanded a refund. But we figured ladybugs we're harmless so we stayed and didn't make a stink about it. But by the end of our stay they were crawling on TV's the ceilings, and huddled up in the living room corners and flying around bedrooms,... It became very creepy once one was found in our dinner! The last straw was not being able to control the heat during below freezing temperatures. Our 1 st night the host was very easy to contact through the app when we asked them to turn up the heat. However, the heat on the lower basement level was never turned up, and we spent hours on Thanksgiving day, texting, calling and leaving messages for the host to turn up the heat with no response for hours. Once they turned up the heat, the temp dropped back down in the middle of the night. Instead of bother the host again, my guest that were in the basement bedroom decided to just leave. I understood it was Thanksgiving day, but to not answer us for hours about the heat was very frustrating and cold!!. We had a accident with broken glass in the house and when asked about a broom we're told there was no broom on site. I had children in the home and didn't want anyone to get cut, so had to go to Walmart to purchase one.... Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. This wasn't a bad trip but we had some major inconveniences.
