We had the best time at Gulfstream and Sunsets. The grounds and the view were simply spectacular. The evening sunsets were just magnificent. We fished from the dock and had so many amazing sightings including Goliath grouper, moray eel, manatee, manta ray, dolphins, rainbow parrotfish, huge tarpon, lobster and sand dollars. Although we were right next to the airport, it was a complete non-event. I don’t recall hearing any airplanes and only saw one helicopter during our stay. The pool and hot tub were in great shape. The living room and dining room table were perfect for our large crew. For others staying, the garbage pick up schedule in taped in the cabinet by the stove (didn’t see that until the day before our departure). I would recommend bringing some of your favorite kitchen tools as there were a few things missing such as a cheese grater. Coffee maker and blender were in the living room closet on the shelf. Although the house feels very hot when you get in, it’s because they have you leave the AC on 76 or 78 when you leave but it gets very cool in the there thankfully. Just wish it was cool on our arrival, we got a little nervous at first. Our whole party was very pleased with the house and we really loved our time there.

Beautiful sunsets and beautiful waterways, but the house needs some serious updating, and MAJOR cleaning. Our headboard was full of spiderwebs and dust (disgusting) found used/empty snack bags under beds, ants in the kitchen, grill had fish scales and food from previous person. We arrived on a Saturday to find a murky pool with algae in it. Pool was serviced Monday morning so unable to use. Plenty of space for everyone, but very small and tight kitchen. The dock was great for fishing, and sunset views but seems like it’s falling apart. Slider doors to exit to pool/water area were INCREDIBLY hard to open, many of us even got hurt in the process. Broken deck piece that would sink if you stepped on it (disaster waiting to happen) Not planning on returning to this home for our yearly summer keys trip, specially at this price.

I rented the property for the first family vacation in years! My grand kids and kids for spring break. The little kids just adored the pool and hot tub from morning to night! They are all excellent swimmers ages 5-12. Every body had a wonderful bed, nice linens, the biggest washer dryer I've ever seen, A grill for making steaks, nice kitchen, plenty of seating and lots of tv's, there was room for everyone to do their thing from paddle boarding, and boat rental, restaurants and groceries close by, grill for grilling. And I could not stop staring at the ever changing views!!! It was fantastic! We loved it! There was a friendly manatee at the dock, fish galore, The crew came to trim the coconuts while we were there and they were so gracious to the kids, they let the kids sample the fresh coconuts ! We will be back! It was wonderful!

House was a great size for 10 adults and two young kids. Located close to stores. Easy to find. The kiddie pool was great for my 1 and 2 year old. House needed a little bit of cleaning and updating. Bathrooms upstairs needed some new paint there was just sparkle on the walls. but still was nice.

Great place! My husband and I took our kids and friends. It was spacious and a great place for everyone. Loved the options of pool, mini golf, hot tub and dock to keep everyone occupied

It was beautiful ,relaxing,had everything we needed,perfect weather,great views,great house ,plenty of room,fantastic sunset and plenty of things to do.

This location and house was great from start to finish. The management team was right there if and when we needed them and the house was in great shape. Highly recommend and yes we will return again next year.
