Holly and Nash have a perfect place here. Comfy bed, full kitchen, great shower. The unit is very clean, modern and bright. Host responded immediately when I couldn't figure out the thermostat and in minutes the A/C was on and we stayed very comfortable all weekend. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Georgetown.

This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. It appears brand new. We loved being in this beautiful Georgetown neighborhood. Only issue was noise during busy drive times as people seem to blast their car stereos while they are waiting at the stop sign. Nights were perfectly quiet, though. We felt very safe and could walk to eat and shop. It is a bit hilly, though, for us Floridians. We needed the host once and they responded within minutes and resolved our concern. We had confused their new electronic lock, or it confused us, but Nash had it working again in no time. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place right next to everything in Georgetown! Wonderful stay, highly recommend! Full kitchen, smart TV and laundry made this a perfect stay.

We were greeted with small snacks. Our place was clean and close to everything. We met the owner who was so easy to talk to. The area was walking distance to most Georgetown areas and we only had to Uber once. this is a wonderful place and would come again.

Charming apartment in the heart of Georgetown. It was wonderful to be able to walk a block and join the excitement of M Street and then retreat into the more relaxed vibe of the surrounding neighborhood.

We have used the appartment after our ovesrseas arrival. It was the perfect place to start you vacation and perfect if you love to stay in Georgetown. Holly was super friendly, supportive and communicative. We would always come back to this place!

Perfect Georgetown location but consruction noise directly outside bedroom door was frustrating. They started early and worked past 6pm. Would stay again once construction is complete. Owners were helpful as there was an ant problem and they quickly sent someone to spray entry points.

Very clean and great location, easy to walk anywhere in Georgetown. The hosts immediately responded to messages and addressed our questions quickly.

My daughters and i really enjoyed out stay in DC, and being able to end our day in Georgetown was perfect! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. We appreciated the snacks and drinks left by our wonderful hosts. I will definitely stay here again when i visit DC again!

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It has a full kitchen which is a plus for apartments in DC when usually there's only a small fridge provided. You're very close to Georgetown, the riverfront, The Exorcist steps, and an awesome bagel place called "Call Your Mother." We had 2 issues during our stay, both of which were both resolved very quickly. Cleanliness, location and easy communication with the property manager were excellent!!

Great location. Ideal for a couple. Easy walking to anything you desire in G'town and Foggy Bottom. Unit very clean and included everything a couple would need for a long weekend. I grew up in the area and went to school at GWU. It was a great time to remember and revisit old hang-outs without having to worry about parking. We will return. Best Regards

Awesome property and hosts! It is just a couple of blocks away from GU and so convenient for visiting parents. We loved every aspect of our stay. The hosts were super responsive, helpful and friendly.

The one bedroom apartment at street level, a block from M St and within walking distance of the campus, was perfect for our visit to an area we already knew. The apartment was smartly furnished and had all the comforts you could want.

My teen daughter just had an internship at Georgetown U and this hidden gem is just a block away from the university. Great location, clean, charming place with new amenities. Very nice and responsive host. Highly recommend and will rent again in future if we ever revisit DC or Georgetown area.

I loved this place! What I liked: - great location (one block from Starbucks, M Street, restaurants (“Call your Mother” for breakfast and “Peacock Cafe” for dinner were my favorites), Georgetown University, and even the famous Georgetown cupcake place) - perfectly clean - everything in the apartment seemed new and freshly renovated - toiletries, snacks, water and coffee were provided - owners were very friendly and responsive - parking pass was easy, useful and covered a pretty big area (for example: I could park by the house but also by the university) - wifi worked well I would definitely stay here again!

My teen and I really enjoyed this property and used it as a home base for college visits and DC tourist activities. Really great location in Georgetown. Just a quick Uber ride to the airport, Lincoln Center, museums, and colleges. Easy walking to Georgetown University or anything on M Street. The hosts were great and we had no problems during our three night stay. We would stay there again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and so welcoming. Easy check in with the keypad at the door. Complimentary snacks, toiletries provided, comfortable bed! The Hosts were incredibly responsive and answeres our texts/messages within minutes. In addition, we chose to leave a day early due to family needs. Not only did the Hosts check-in to ensure we were ok, they also unexpectedly refunded us a portion of our second night stay. The location within Georgetown was so convenient. We were able to walk to dining, shopping, and sight-seeing. We will recommend this spot to our friends and will return to stay again!

We had a great stay with Holly and Nash. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was well equipped and spotless. We hope to stay here on future trips!

This apartment is in a great area near the end of M St and Georgetown U. It is like the pictures, perfectly white and clean, and the host expects it to stay that way! It's plenty big enough for a couple or 3 people. It has a well outfitted kitchen for light cooking, but nothing too fragrant that might travel to the host's apartment, upstairs. If you are visiting your children in the area and plan to have them stop over, it would be best to check with the host first to avoid an unwanted, ranting phone call about not having "events" in the rental. I would also highly recommend getting the door code before departure. The host never sent us the door code in advance as promised. We arrived around 4:30 pm, and were not able to raise him. He finally texted me the code around 5:15 pm and we got in after that. Not what I was looking forward to after driving all day!

Host was so friendly and accomodating, and the location was perfect for my husband's training at Georgetown University. Extremely safe, walkable, and quaint. Near a busy intersetion, so bringing earplugs for sleeping is recommended! Having the washer/dryer combo plus the full kitchen was super convenient. Will stay here next time we are in the area!

The property was super clean and the location is 1-2 blocks from Georgetown campus. Parking could get tricky but the host did provide a parking pass. Hosts super responsive and nice - would definitely recommend.

I was touring colleges and visiting friends with my teenaged daughter and this VRBO had the perfect location. We could walk easily to Georgetown University and to shops, restaurants, and the river. The place is spotlessly clean and our hosts were wonderfully responsive. If my daughter ends up at Georgetown, I will be a regular guest at this great apartment!
