We stayed here for four weeks during the summer with our 6, 4, and 2 year old, and various guests who came to visit as well. We had the absolutely best time and my kids are still talking about how much they miss the mountain house. The house is set up with family in mind…bunk beds, games, legos, kids plates, etc. The only concern for us was the ladder to the “lair” for my 2 year old but they have a baby gate and we just added a bungee cord to make it toddler proof. Wonderful location, walkable to the park, beach, rec center and town. Hosts were also great, very quick with responses and super helpful. This is their second home, and the pride and care they take in it is obvious. This is what a VRBO Experience should be like. Thank you for the perfect space to make family memories (and a place to ride out the Houston hurricane/power outrages!). We hope to come back again :)

We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We had two families of four so the set up was perfect with the bunk room and two masters. Our kids loved playing and watching movies in the loft. Everything was clean and we appreciated the easy check in and Check out process. Even the small things like having Tupperware, toiletries, and a few kitchen condiments made a big difference for us compared to previous rentals. The proximity to Beaver Creek was awesome and it made our ski days a breeze. We also spent time at the Avon rec center one morning and our kids loved the water park. The host was responsive and helpful when we had a question, which was also appreciated! We would stay again at this awesome condo.

My family loved this property. The host was very easy to communicate with and included every amenity you could ask for as well as being clean, comfortable and a great location. We were all adults, but also is a great set up if you have children. Very spacious and plenty of places to spread out.

We don't have enough good things to say about this property. Everything in the home is so well thought through and cared for. The kitchen was so well organized and had everything that we needed. The family room was so cozy, and I think I need a rocker like that in my home. Brian was so responsive to our questions. We absolutely LOVED our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. It was a great location, so close to lots of yummy restaurants and activities. I'm sure it's equally lovely in the summer time. I highly recommend this property!

This is a wonderful property in a great location! We have been coming to BC for several years now and have stayed in other Vrbos and hotels and this was our absolute favorite! The shuttle is literally a 4 minute walk from the front door, very easy and efficient. The property owner supplies you with bathroom necessities, like shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and in the kitchen you will find salt/pepper, dishwasher pods, coffee filters - I know that may sound silly to mention but we have stayed in other places where there were NO essentials - gets a bit expensive and wasteful because you never use it all unless you are staying for several weeks. The town home was clean and nicely decorated. The location is really close to restaurants, the grocery store and ski rental shops. Highly recommend for families, plenty of space. Loved it!!

We love staying in this immaculate Avon beauty! The home is stunning, inviting, and has everything that we need, and then some! My kids love the room with bunk beds and a loft. This was our third year renting this home and the home is definitely something that they look forward to as part of their experience - including family movie night in the loft! The location is amazing and makes life on and off the mountain a breeze. The owners are communicative, thoughtful, and so wonderful to rent from.

This was our 1st ski trip (family of 4) and we have never seen snow! The check in was easy, early and simple. The house was well appointed, the garage was much appreciated! The location to Beaver Creek Village could not be beat. We enjoyed the ease of driving, garage, and comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed.
Brian was an excellent communicator both before our stay and while on location.

My family had the best week in Avon, and so much of that was because of the ease and location of this house. Not only is it just minutes from almost everything we wanted to do, including skiing, but the house itself is so wonderful. Everything is easy, from check in to check out. The home is beautiful, clean, so well thought out, and has everything you could possibly need.

Property is in a great locations near the entrance of Beaver Creek and close to all amenities in Avon. Kids loved the loft area in the bunk room. Property manager was proactive with communicating early check in, and answering questions about the area.

Loved staying here. Plenty of space for my family if 6, ages 9-19. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to bus stop and Beaver creek resort. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Beautiful townhome in a great location and very comfortable for our family of 5!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. This home is beautiful and has every amenity you would want in a vacation home. The home was also very conveniently located to the Avon Recreation Center (water slide, lazy river and pool) which we visited twice with our kids. Avon was also a great base to travel to and from river rafting, horseback riding, an ATV tour and shopping in Vail Village. We had so much fun! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious condo
We loved our stay in Avon! The condo was beautifully decorated and so roomy. My boys loved the loft area in their bedroom. The layout was perfect for our family of five, but the condo could easily accommodate two families. Also, the location was close to the gondola or shuttle to Beaver Creek. The owner, Brian, was super responsive.

Family Condo in Avon
We were two families skiing at Beaver Creek. The unit is beautifully decorated and spotless. Checkin could not be easier with a coded door lock. The condo is less than half a block to the free Avon shuttle which runs every 15minutes to the mountain. There are two master bedroom suites with bathrooms and a third bedroom with two bunk beds and a loft which was perfect for the four children in our group. Brian the owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Exceeded all expectations
Do not hesitate for one minute to book this property. Right off the bat, Brian was incredibly responsive to all communications. He was able to let us check in early and offered to do so without me even asking.
The unit is half of a townhouse. It has its own garage that you pull right in to. So easy to unload bags and to hang skis on the racks. The garage brings you into the first level with an amazing space to take off boots and jackets. There are bins for gloves and hats. The huge washer and dryer are down there as well. There is also a large bedroom which we didn’t use but would be a very private space if you needed some separation. The main level is awesome. Bright, sunny, comfy couch, huge TV. Kitchen is beyond well stocked with “real” kitchen stuff. Not the cheap retail stuff you find in a lot of rentals. Everything was immaculate. The upstairs bedroom is huge and gorgeous and even has a Peloton.
Ten minute drive to Vail. Parked easily in main garage. Five minute walk up Bridge street to the gondola.
Book it! You will be so happy with this property.
Oh….I didn’t even mention the bunk room with two sets of bunks and a hidden loft where the kids have their own tv and a futon which could easily sleep two kids! I mean come on! What ore can you ask for?

Great Townhome in a great location
The Winterling’s home is wonderful. It is perfectly located in Avon and close to everything. The house is tastefully designed and has everything you need for a home base on your ski vacation. The ski racks in the garage and the coat hooks in the hallway allowed for all of our gear to be organized and ready to go each day.

Comfortable
Great stay in Avon. Well laid out condo that is ultra clean and organized. Well appointed kitchen with high end cookware and cutlery which makes cooking at home very easy. Love all the small details of this condo-including the bunk room loft. My 3 daughters loved it in the loft. Tremendous amount of storage space including closets and pantry. Beds are exceedingly comfortable! Each bedroom also has an en suite bath which is perfect for multiple families. Would Vrbo this place again.

First group to stay in this VRBO Rental!
My family always celebrates 4th of July in Vail. We are always discerning when looking for places to call "home" while we celebrate our tradition. We came across this property and immediately knew it was the best option for us. We were honored to be the first guests in this home. The instructions from the owner were very detailed and made the ease of accessing the property very high. Upon arriving at the property, everything was pristine. Clean, organized down to the printed labels on every drawer/cabinet, everything works, inviting lighting, homely decor, and had anything that could be needed by a guest of the home. Just bring your food, clothing, and entertainment! The location is amazing as its walking distance to Nottingham Park, Benchmark Lake, and central Avon. Also, not a far drive to the Lacrosse fields in west Vail for the Vail Lacrosse Shootout. While it was perfect for just my father, my sister and I; this location would be amazing for a family too. The bunk room is incredible! Love all the Americana tastefully placed about the condo. In closing, we couldn't be happier with our stay. The Winterlings were amazing hosts/owners; great family people. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!
