Unit was NOT clean (particularly bathrooms) and is badly in need of maintenance, especially painting. Rug in upstairs was badly spotted, especially in hallway. All in all, while the unit has many good features, including location, it is bad need of some TLC.

None of the floors were vacuumed so we spent a good amount of time vacuuming the floors. We found empty beer and truly cans in the house and out on the decks and the windows/sliding glass doors were also very dirty.The property was advertised as 4 bedrooms, with the kids bedroom (the twin bed) being the fourth bedroom, but I really don’t think this was accurate. This room was a walk through room and the only way to access the rest of the house. It made it really difficult in the evenings to put the kids to bed and in the mornings to access the rest of the house without waking up the kids. I just think this needs to be described better in the listing.Also- I do think the house should be serviced by an HVAC company. The vent in the bathroom easy dripping water and the entire house felt very moist.Overall we had a nice time but would not rent this property again.

We were very disappointed, however, with the cleanliness when we arrived. It was clear that it had not been vacuumed, and the bathrooms needed to be wiped down.
