This location had everything we were looking for a pool, beach access 5 minutes away. A walk able and uber-able neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and a robust area to have fun. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the location and home.

Mayra and Juan were wonderful hosts and our group truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you again. We will definitely look into staying at this home again for future trips

We were going between the cathedral in old San Juan and the San Juan Fairmont. The location was perfect and the restaurants within walking distance were delicious.

Property was clean and we had a good time

This house was incredibly clean. Check in was simple. The pool is well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. Each of the 4 couples and 1 single had their own bathroom, a real plus! Mayra was very helpful with information about the local area and about the property itself. We had easy access to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great time. It was actually even more spacious in person. Everyone the best trip to Puerto Rico, and we have been to PR before, several times. Centered around everything: walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, beach and within an hour of Old San Juan (gato alley), Caves, Kayaks, Condado, El Yunque...and more..

The house was an absolute Shangrila! It was not only spacious, modern, clean but in the center of where all was happening in PR for xmass. Restaurants of quality were within walking distance. Our host Mayra was an absolute gem! She was at the house when we arrived and gave us a full tour of this massive modern home. A total delight we recommend for the discerning customer. We give it a five star rating!! We look forward to returning in the summer!

My family and I loved this place! You're right in the middle of Isla Verde and beside a busy street, but we truly felt like we were tucked away in our own little oasis as soon as we got inside the house. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and we were supplied with beach towels and chairs. We lost power at one point but the generator kicked on instantly. Mayra was super communicative and friendly and gave great recommendations for the neighborhood - there is a great coffee shop, bistro, 24-hour store, and supermarket all within 5 min walking. Also very convenient access to the highway. Thank you!!

We had a great time in Puerto Rico! This house was a big part of that great time. The house is perfect if you are going with a large group of people. There is plenty of space for everyone and you will never fill crowded. The pool area was perfect! We are definitely coming back to stay in this house.

The house was beautiful, clean and offered all the amenities one would need including a very relaxing pool. The house is in a safe area and minutes away from everything you need. Would definitely rent again from there.

We had a good stay, the house was the perfect size and at a good distance to everything. We didn’t spend too much time in the house because we did a lot of excursions and activities (special shout out to Sergio from fixatrippuertorico for setting everything up for us.) The A/C in the bigger room froze on one of the days but we didn’t mind much since we weren’t there. We let Mayra know and she was very responsive. This really is a good location, thank you for hosting us!

Our family had the most amazing time! Mayra was very thorough at checkin and answered any questions we had about the property. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were super comfy! The pool was our favorite meeting place for relaxing! There is a great selection of restaurants near by and it’s easy to Uber if you want to go exploring. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk to a nice little snorkeling area!

Mayra our host was very attentive and responsive to our needs and inquiries. Property was nice, some minor issues with AC in kitchen area not really working, but overall a great stay.

Our family of 11 all had a great time at Villa Ibiza! The private pool was the highlight for us, but we also appreciated the cleanliness, 5 bathrooms, and walkable location to restaurants, grocery and beach. Mayra was very responsive any time I had a question. Highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for my group! Beautiful pool and it’s proximity to sooooo many restaurants was great as well. There was this coffee shop a few doors down that was great. The host was responsive and the concierge they use to help plan things for guest was AMAZING!

The house was very clean. It even smelled clean. Large home to accommodate myself, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 4-12) and my parents. Beach, grocery store, coffee shop and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. Would recommend. My only minor suggestion would be more furniture in the family room. There was just one couch and two pool chairs which left kids often sitting on the floor in the evenings while we watched movies or played games. Overall, great home, very responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful location.

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John was very responsive hosts. The house itself was awesome, it surpassed our expectations. Very clean! There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to use the amenities with ease. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to TONS of eating options. We used the pool a lot but it seemed maybe there was an issue with filter and it kept getting dirty. However we used the pool skimmer as best we could to combat the issue. Not a deal breaker! Before arriving in Puerto Rico, the hosts also connected me with Sergio (a concierge provider) who helped our group book two of our most memorable experiences on the island. Both experiences were specially tailored to our group's needs and the people we met through the service were great. I would highly recommend working with Sergio Lopez at fixatrippuertorico to coordinate events, trips, or excursions if you come to stay. My only improvement that would be great, is more comfortable chairs in the kitchen bar area. The stools are not comfortable for any length of time. Most of us were working and spending time with our chef as he was cooking which required sitting in the stools. They are not a seat you want to sit in very long. Still not a deal breaker and overall awesome stay! Thank you John and Mayra for allowing us to rent your home for our family vacation!

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John were so responsive and very nice. The house itself was awesome. Very clean house, our only observation is there was a faint smell in the hallway leading to the pool. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to use the amenities with ease. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to TONS of eating options. The house was perfect for our group of 8! There are plenty of bathrooms which was a plus to getting ready for our days. The common areas were great. The pool was clean and relaxing! It’s hot in PR and the AC was flowing just how we like it. Mayra was quick to respond if we had questions and was so friendly. Coffee, grocery, restaurants and liquor stores steps from the door. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

The hosts were the super welcoming and accommodating with our group of 10 girls! There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The stores and restaurants in the area were convenient and super delicious! I recommend bistro cafe and martins bbq! The walk to the beach was quick as well with cooler and chairs provided by the host. I hope to be able to stay here again on a future trip because of location!!

We had the best time staying here. We took my parents, in laws, sister + her family, & our family. It was perfect because all families had their own bathroom. We took our 10 month old baby & 2 year old nephew & it was accommodating for them too! Would LOVE to stay here again. The plus is location too! This home is highly recommended!

My family took our fist ever "full family trip" - Griswold style. 7 adults. The house is just as listed. It is up to date and spacious. A quick 10 minute Uber from the airport. All of the bedrooms are very similar to one another, as are the bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, which was such a treat. One bedroom in the main house has to use the primary house bathroom, and the bedroom that is the "connector" from the main house to second house has to use the main bath in the second house. The living room in the main house is really just a dining area, although there is a TV. The living room is in the second house. It has a nice pull out couch as well. The absolute best part of the house is THE POOL AREA! It is far more impressive than the online photos - we spent most of our time there. The pool and deck area was plenty big enough for our party of 7. Carolina isn't a glamorous area, but within a few blocks to the house are a number of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and coffee shops. The *only thing* that was disappointing for us was the proximity to the beach. It was roughly 3 blocks down the street and down an alley. Not something we ended up doing with a big cooler, especially because the beach wasn't super impressive. We took an Uber to Old San Juan each night - such a fun place to explore, grab dinner, drinks! As a frequent traveler, my recommendation would be to charter a boat for a day. The hour drive to a marina and day out on the ocean will make your trip to Puerto Rico complete! Five stars for Isla Verde!

Very clean house in an excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

This house worked perfectly for a large group of couples. It has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but still has lots of room to gather in the kitchen, cabana and around the pool. Mayra and Juan were very responsive and the house was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: spacious, very clean, outdoor pool area very nice, excellent communication with owners, easy walk to beach, quiet master and cabana bedrooms, good security, excellent temperature control Cons: Dishwasher and stove need to be safely secured (fastened to wall), more comfortable indoor common area furniture needed, two front bedrooms (not master) have excessive restaurant noise at night, pool deck very slick when wet so caution is necessary

We had an amazing stay at this location. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean and warm. Plus it is lit at night for night swims. I highly recommend this location for your stay in Isla Verde. Walking distance to seveal restaurants, convenient store, and bars. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The house was everything we hoped for and more. Mayra was very responsive and the house was pristine and every detail taken care of. If we go back to San Juan with our large group, this is where we will stay!
