The house and location was exactly what we wanted. The layout worked really well for our group of 8. Very comfortable and ideal layouts of bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend staying here.

North Shore waves crashing at the steps to your own deck - can’t be beat!

The best place to stay on the north shore hands down. Everything was perfect. Would book again if we could. If you plan on booking during the holidays you will have to book at least 14 months prior. This place is almost impossible to get.

Was a great stay - beautiful lanai and location - we Cooked and had everything we needed like it was our home away from home would definitely come again !

The home was just perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids, sges 10, 13, & 16. The 4 bedrooms, 4 baths made it possible to spread out and have good space. Sitting on the deck each morning watching the icean drinking coffee was so perfect, as was swimming in the ocean. The kids loved it. The communications with the property manager were quick and easy. Highly recommend this property for a family!

Our family had a fabulous vacation time on Oahu and this beachfront property was perfect for our family of 7! We loved the beach access, watching the surfers and playing in the waves. The home was furnished excellently and the kitchen was especially accommodating as we have 4 cooks in the adults which requires alot of utensils and gadgets. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home and it was truly hard to say good-bye!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The decor was upgraded since the pictures were taken. The seating area on the lanai was our favorite spot to sip coffee in the mornings, relax in the shade while listening to the waves crash on the shore, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable & all 4 bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom was amazing. We hope to come back someday!

We have been coming to the North Shore for many years and have stayed in four different rental houses over that time. Although they have all been good, this one may be our favorite. The beach adjacent to the house is fantastic with plenty of clear, non-rocky water to swim in. Each bedroom was great, and they all had their own bathroom. The bunk beds in one room were a little low, but our teenager slept on the top bunk and was just fine. The king bed in the corner room was very comfortable. The lanai is spectacular with comfortable seating for relaxing and having dinner. Lots of room throughout the house and the lanai. Air conditioning worked great during this hottest summer on record! Would not hesitate to stay here again - highly recommended.

This place spoiled us. It has the view, the direct beach access, the comfortable lanai to catch the ocean breeze - it has it all. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and there are plenty of beach and bath towels. Location was great for the North Shore - equal distance from Haleiwa and Turtle Bay. Drive into Honolulu for Pearl Harbor or other activities was about an hour but it is worth it to have the beautiful beach practically all to yourself. We had a group of 8 with parents and teens and we all loved this place. Seriously the only negative comments were one person didn’t like the pillows and we wish we had more than 1 roll of paper towel - there was nothing else. Would come back here in a heartbeat! This is a great place to relax and/or do as much as you want. Away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu it has its own charm. Great beaches and a great area for surfing. We chose to do the local Luau, Toa Luau on the North Shore. It was fabulous. So welcoming it didn’t feel like the commercialized ones I have been to before, more like family.. Also would like to mention Stonefish Restaurant in Haleiwa. It has great food and friendly staff. The house is right above the beach with easy access, only a few steps down. The opening from the family/ kitchen area brings the outdoors in. The deck is well furnished. It is a great place for a family. Would love to return. Thank you Sophia and David for allowing us to live in this great home for our vacation.

Location location LOCATION. The view from this house will stay with us a lifetime. The photos online don’t do it justice. The house is very roomy. Well appointed and stocked. So grateful for the number of towels and the surf boards and boogie boards. Rainbows and perfect sunsets daily. Would 100% come back and hope too. North shore is a fantastic chill vibe with loads to do nearby. Just know that there is tons of traffic on Kamehameha hwy (the only way in and out of town) so add around 20-30 min extra time for all trips to other parts of the island. Incredible peoperty with a deck that actually projects over the beach. When your kids get tired of the beach, they can come up to the house. When they’re ready for the beach again, they can go right back out to the beach. Truly one of the few houses that offers this on the side of the island. An amazing property. Well equipped and well taken care of. Admittedly, we were a bit concerned about the size of the waves at this beach but the kids had a blast. Ours ranged from 7 to 12 of age and had no issues. This, by the way, is the beach where all the best local surfers come as it is considered some of the best surfing in Hawaii, We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and property management was good as long as we were able to accommodate them with accepting no gas for cooking upon arrival and getting on and off the deck to the beach using the sandbag which was difficult for my sister in law who is fighting stage 4 cancer with a port under her collar bone. A couple of men showed up to the house unannounced on the 3rd day of the rental to install a staircase to the beach, which was much appreciated. We did have an issue with the neighbors on the night we hired a private chef and a musician to come to the house to provide a local dining experience. My phone was he left on a charger because the family was at the house but apparently “a neighbor” complained about the musician using a speaker while he was performing from his location on the deck. Apparently it is in the contract that you sign that no speakers are allowed to be used outside. We were expected to have him set up inside or play his Ukulele without an amplifier. Usually not a problem but the house location is directly on the beach and the waves are pretty loud. The property manager said that a neighbor three doors down could hear the music which was one ukulele and musician singing. My daughter went down onto the beach and she was unable to hear anything. I then found out that the home owner lives next door so she did not appreciate the music. No problem but the directions made it clear that we were not allowed to move furniture and the only dining tables were on the deck. Read your contract before you pay up front.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beachfront getaway! We could not have been any closer to the beach! The direct access to the beach is a bonus. Our host Sophia was great. Everything was explained to the last details. The house is spacious & pristine. The covered lanai was where we spent most of our time at! To be able to sit out even with the rain was pouring was blissful:))) Thanks again Sophia, for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home!

This home is perfectly located on the water with that wonderful sound of waves breaking and beautiful sunsets every day!! It is much nicer than the pictures on the site. 1. Outdoor patio has plenty of space and seating, and is covered from the sun. There is a ladder to go onto the beach, or you can walk 20 yards out front and use a beach access path. There is an outdoor shower with HOT WATER for when you come in from the beach. We did not use the BBQ. 2. Bedrooms and beds are very nice - each room has it's own A/C unit that work well. The bathrooms are also great, with rapid hot water! 3. Kitchen/Living area - well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, plenty of seating and a nice TV. Stove and oven worked well, frig/freezer great space. Wonderful sliding door with a screen to let the ocean sounds in during the day! 4. You can walk, or ride bikes (rented and delivered to the home) to the grocery store Pupukea Foodland, several of the surfing beaches, and breakfast at the Sunrise Shack or Teds Bakery. Great spot for a family retreat or if you want to enjoy the beach! We could not swim in the ocean here, not in the winter months (strong undertow) - especially for kids - NO. We drove 15 min to the other side around the north end to a nice beach for swimming. Food: The food trucks were better than the restaurants - after a bad meal at Halawei Joe's we stuck to home cooking or foodtrucks. The nice restaurants are overpriced and nothing special.

This home is amazing! The view is breathtaking!! We enjoyed the Lanai through out the day. Perfect place for morning coffee. This home had enough space (bedrooms/living rooms) for our entire extended family to spread out and enjoy the property. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking family meals. Communication with owners was easy. We hope to visit this incredible home in the future!!

We loved the home and location. Everything was 5 stars except we had a huge challenge getting in and out of the house as the rolling gate was broken. Property managers were called. They temporarily were able to help but the problem continued. These things happen. We will be back and look forward to renting again.

This is a super comfortable and roomy house right on the beach - fantastic wave therapy. The pictures do not do it justice. We took the owner’s recommendation to rent bikes and would highly suggest that - bike path is right out front. The beach is home to lots of local surfing families who are a delight to watch - from the strong surfers to the little ones fearlessly jumping in the waves. We were a group of 7 adults celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary. As mentioned by another guest, the listing needs to be updated to reflect the current sleeping situation. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths - one of which also serves as the common downstairs bathroom. Two bedrooms are kings and the other two have queen bunk beds that have very little clearance between top and bottom bunk. My 6’2” son couldn’t comfortably fit on the bottom bunk so it was top bunk for him. My 5’7” daughter in the other queen room opted to sleep on the bottom but likened it to sleeping in an MRI. Just be aware of that if you have a bunch of adults. There is also a daybed trundle in a corner of the living room. Lots of options and lots of space but the bunks would be more comfortable for children. Still, everyone said they would absolutely love to stay here again.

We loved this home. We spent all day on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the views. Sophia was great with communication. Place was clean, modern, and had great amenities.

Absolutely fabulous!!! Best location, best view, great space throughout the house , great bedrooms and a bathroom for every bedroom! Shampoo conditioner soap detergent and cleaning supplies, plenty of garbage bags and paper towels. A Terrific kitchen that was also Supplied wonderfully. Ran out of propane unfortunately, which affected the dryer and use of stove and oven but property managers were great to drop off a stove top. Hopefully that issue can be fixed and avoided in the future. Aside from that there were plenty of beach towels. Beach chairs and surf boards and floaties for beach. Enough can’t be said about this place!!! Beds were very comfortable and the place was beautiful with a very large lovely lanai and view of a beautiful beach.

This house is amazing and worth every penny. Nicely decorated, very clean and well kept. It's in a great location with a quiet beach and has the best view on the island, especially at sunset. The bedroom furnishings have been updated to include 2 sets of queen size bunk beds, which are comfortable but just an awareness for parties of all adults renting the house. The house is well stocked. David and Sophia couldn't have been more responsive or helpful with any questions or the few things we needed while here. We can't wait to book again!

The rental was super easy. The property managers were great with communication and handled any concerns we had!
