We went to my grandson's graduation from basic training at Fort Sill. House was very clean. Plenty of towels and washrags. Nice big yard. Would definitely stay again.

all rooms were dirty, found something in each room.

We had no issues checking in. Property manager messaged every now and then to check if everything was good. Overall good stay!

Owners may have cared at one time. Not sure if the property managers or owners are responsible for this place which is falling apart. Upon finally entering, found roly poly (doodle bugs) all over kitchen floor, mice turds on kitchen counter under appliances, toilet seats unattached, roach baits set in every cabinet and in rooms. In the bathroom with a shower only, the shower wouldn't drain. Maintenance did come and put up a shower rod and curtain since the shower door was in a closet. They also reattached a ceiling fan blade that was about to fall off. And they patched gaps in the back yard fence so we could let our dog run. The AC worked well from 3 a.m. to about 9 a.m. I had to bleach every surface in the kitchen and ended up scrubbing the upper cabinet doors because they were so sticky/filthy. I used a few cooking pans, but had to scrub them down first as they were covered with a grease film. While there, I stripped the beds and washed sheets and bedspreads, only to find that two mattresses had huge urine stains on them. Went out and bought mousetraps and caught one mouse. Also went out and bought a vacuum cleaner since we kept finding things in the carpet (dead roaches, bits of wire, plastic things). The place was filthy. But we had traveled far and were waiting to close on a house. We picked up about two small plastic bags of glass in the back yard, along with various kinds of metal, nails - so our dog would be safe. The next door neighbors seemed nice. The washer and dryer worked well. Roku tv is available. But I would not recommend this place at all until someone gets in there and really cleans it.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Perhaps clean up the backyard and fix the fence. Redo the kitchen should be top priority. Get rid of the dark closed shelves and create an open shelving design with some bright colors to help it feel bigger and more inviting. Military often need short term stays and this would be perfect for them with some TLC.

We had a very nice time. The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We had issues with checking in at first and when getting in touch with the property manager about the issue we didn’t hear from them until the morning after sorting the issue out ourselves. Other than that everything was wonderful.
