Was wonderful!! I’m ready to go back!!

Both the houses were perfect! My husband 75 and I had wanted to go back to the keys since he grew up in Miami and fished the keys as a boy. This brought back so many memories for him with him having Alzheimer now was even more important to be with the kids and the grandkids. We had two boats one for each house and caught plenty of fish right off the dock! We didn't even need the boats. We caught more fish on the docks. It was great to be able to have use of the elevators especially because I had a knee replacement, so I definitely used the elevators. You will want to use the elevators to bring your suitcases up. Joe made it easy by sending the video ahead of time before checking in to know how to use the elevators. The kitchens are fully equipped with essentials and plenty of room to spread out. After a long day it was also nice to use the hot tubs below each home to enjoy along with the community pool right between the homes. Although October was a little breezy but welcoming low 80's; we did not go in the pool much, but the children enjoyed it. We cooked almost every night as a family and enjoyed each and every one of my kids and grandkids. I do need to make some suggestions: need more dishcloths, iron skillet would be great, and a decent wine opener, and tv and games for the kid's room (thank goodness for their ipads lol) There are large TVs in the other bedrooms. The homes were very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies. Thank you, Joe, for letting us stay in your beautiful homes, I hope we did good with the clean-up there was a lot of us. lol. Kathy was great too. We hope to visit you again, we already miss the keys. Feel free to post our fishing photos too so folks can see you can actually fish right off the docks! Tons of Snapper. Overall we loved our stay. Great location with amazing views. The homes could have been cleaner as the bathroom and kitchen were dirty in 14 and crumbs in the bed in 13

The owners were very helpful and responsive. The houses are in a great location and are well equipped with everything you need. There was 16 of us and we had a wonderful time! I definitely would recommend!!

Perfect location! We had a group of 14 /3 families. Rented a boat and enjoyed the property to the fullest. Great fishing and snorkeling right at the dock. Pool was perfect temperature. Houses had everything we needed. We will be back

Larry was very nice to deal with and the home had more amenities than any other we have rented. Great place to stay!!!

Great location with plenty of fun things to do close by!

The property was very nice. The shower was stopped up on the 3rd floor and the water to washer was turned off as the dryer was torn up. The owner communicated well on these things. He required that the showers be squeegied after each use and all towels be washed and dried prior to guests leaving. There is a security alarm and what appears to be a security camera at the top of the first flight of stairs in the homes . The owner was very good with communication.

Houses were great. Didn’t want for anything. Larry was very informative. Easy access to gulf or Atlantic. Dock was easily accessible ramp just around the corner.

This property did not let us down. All reviews are correct. It was in a great location. The houses were very clean and and well stocked with everything you need. The views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop, pool, and hot tub. The elevators were a plus. We brought our boats a 22 ft pontoon and a 24 ft Key West and the dock was nice with plenty of room. My husband had a little trouble getting boat into the dock with the swift current but by end of week he had no problem. Larry was very prompt and very helpful. We had a great week here and can't wait to return next year!

The two houses provided a great get together for our family of 14.

My family and I had a great week stay. This property has great views and in a great area. The two villas were our home away from home. Larry was also great to work with, he was always prompt in his response in the booking process and he should is the ins and out of the homes. He also has some great recommendations for dinning and key lime pie.

everything was great. Everything was furnished. Kitchen chairs were uncomfortable..It was very windy during our stay and chairs were blown around.

Larry Baker was very easy to work with. Personable. Met us at the property to go over what needed to be done, to answer questions, etc.. Unobstructed breath-taking views of the water. Fishing/boat dock. Some airport noise, but not bad. Condo well furnished, stocked, equipped and located. Publix about 3 mi. away. ("Winn-Dixie opening soon"!) Bus stop to/from Key West in front of condo at Visitor Center. Good schedule; very reasonably priced. Dollar Tree/Bealls w/n short walk. Sombero Beach about 4 miles away. Turtle Hospital. Acquarium. Our family said it was the best vacation ever! We recommend it highly.

Beautiful houses. Great location. We were there over the 4 th of July. Had a terrific time. Practically had the pool to ourselves. Highly recommend this rental for your stay in Marathon.

Our stay at this home was perfect. Excellent location. The home was beautiful, nicely updated & fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Very clean home, lots of amenities. The dock was perfect for our 2 boats (26ft & 24ft center consoles). Right next to Vaca cut for convenience. Pool was great. The views were excellent. The elevator made it very nice for us with babies & our 89 year old grandmother. We rented this home along with 3 others on the private street for our family of 26 and it was perfect for us or any smaller family that would just do 1 house.
