Does the perfect vacation exist? The host Carol might tell you no, but I daresay we experienced one here! This location was perfect in terms of what we were looking for - easy driving distance from Sarasota airport where we could catch a direct flight into. Central location, quick driving distance to amazing beaches/other nature-y areas to explore, as well as fun towns and groceries. The house was large and accommodated our 2 families of 6 (4 adults, 2 toddlers) more than enough. Probably could've had another family comfortably, or bigger family units. The house is astonishingly well stocked in terms of linens, kitchenware, etc. Everything was top quality (furniture, appliances, etc) and so well maintained, it was so evident that the hosts put their heart and soul into it! All the cabinets, switches, and doors are clearly labeled. There are laminated guides on the wall for the house as well as guides for touring the area. The heated pool- this alone was worth the whole trip! Who knew heated pool was a must in such a warm climiate?! We will never again go on a vacation without one! There was a convenient temperature-controlled outdoor shower that was so helpful with little ones, and we felt so luxurious! The whole outdoor garden area and pond is amazing too, and the covered lanai was so fun and restful for all of us. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay! We can't wait to return!!

The backyard of this house was its best feature. It was beautiful and well-maintained. The only downside was that you had to come inside at 10pm each night to ensure compliance with the noise ordinance—the neighbors are very close to you on each side. So, we could only enjoy the yard and pool until 10pm which was a bit disappointing.

Kids had a ball in the pool! Lovely house and quiet as well.

We had an amazing time at this family fun location! My sons wedding was on Anna Maria Island. The home was 10 minutes from the wedding location. This home offered endless opportunities to make life long memories. The setup was better than the pictures. Carol was attentive to any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Better than we expected! Plenty of room for our 3 grown sons and families, grandparents and one aunt. Lots of places to congregate and relax, outdoor gazebo, screened in lanai, large kitchen where we mainly gathered. Pool bigger than we expected and we all spent lots of time in pool area.

Great property. Plenty of space for everyone. The only issue we has was that the pool was not clear when we arrived. But, it was taken care of the next day. Carol was very responsive to my questions/requests. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Loved the property! Big enough for 3 families and the backyard is wo relaxing. Spent a couple days just hanging out in the pool! Location is great and just about a 15 minutes drive away from everything!

We loved this house. There were 12 of us which included 4 kids under the age of 8. The bay was within walking distance and there were jet ski rentals and horseback riding there. The gulf beach was a car ride away, straight down the causeway from the house. The pool was wonderful after a long morning at the beach. Management was very accessible via email.
