Everything was wonderful. Perfect location!!!

We (family with 4 adults) had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect to be able to walk to the beach and also to restaurants in town. The host was very communicative through the booking and check in process. The house was clean and well-appointed; the smart tv and puzzles were appreciated when the weather turned rainy! The 4 beds and 4 baths allowed for plenty of space and privacy when two of us had to work remotely (though we had to bring/use a folding table for a desk in the bedroom). The kitchen and big dining table were great for us to cook and enjoy multiple dinners at the house. We spent a week here and it was cozy, comfortable, and we did not encounter any problems during our stay. Definitely recommend this property, and would book again!

We had the most amazing weekend at the beach this past weekend! The property was absolutely beautiful. Location was top notch, in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communication with the owners was quick, friendly and thorough. They were wonderful and our stay was perfect. We already are making plans to stay again next year!

The location in Dewey is great, just a quick walk to the beach and great places to eat. Loved waking up every morning to the ocean views. Overall the property is clean and comfortable and perfect for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at Dan's place. It was clean, updated, and had so many options for the sleeping arrangements for our group of six. Some of our group members felt the mattresses could be a little comfier, but that is a minor detail compared to the value and location of this amazing rental. Thank you to our hosts for a memorable weekend!

House was wonderful, with easy, safe access to the beach. Plenty of parking. Dewey’s now our favorite. We’ll be back to this house in the future. Highly recommended.

Great location, great house. Keyless entry was so convenient for a large group. Hosts thought of everything - plenty of garbage bags, cleaning pods, hand soap, etc. Well appointed kitchen. Can’t beat location. Would love to stay here again.

Dan is a great host and communicator. The house has lots of space and is in a great location, and is really comfortable. We've stayed in one of his properties before and would definitely do so again.

We love to stay in Dewey because it is so dog friendly and easy to walk to great restaurants. This house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It is an end unit, which is great. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and three kids. The balconies are great and the individual AC units and ceiling fans ensure that everyone is comfortable! The outdoor shower was an added bonus for me! Plenty of comforts like hair dryer, blankets, and pillows. Dan was a pleasure to work with!

Fantastic location!!! Could have been in a better location to the beach and the restaurants/bars. The host, Dan was great in answering all questions and making the check in/check out process seamless!

Great vacation

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this property and it’s the best location for our group. Super walkable, plenty of space, great rental overall!

This place is great. Soooooo close to the beach and very spacious. We loved every second. Each bedroom basically had their own bathroom. We all had plenty of our own space while also having a great time together in the kitchen / dining / living space. Seeing the ocean from the decks was a sweet bonus. Three parking spaces are gold in this town. This was our first time in Dewey beach. I have to say we are so impressed. The beach is really clean and well maintained. The sand is awesome. We had the best weather. Great waves. the people - both locals and vacationers- are super friendly. The scene at the beach in the evenings is so fun. Dogs, surfers, fisherman, bonfires. ….. all under nature’s surreal lighting. Everyone was so relaxed and nice. It’s good to see chill people having fun without being under the cloud of a ton of absurd rules. It feels a lot more west coast from the Jersey shore towns that we frequent. Our older kids like to go out partying sometimes so one nice thing is that option is certainly available in town. But honestly if you are just a block away on the beach or in the house you wouldn’t even know the bar stuff was going on. We are fans. The house and the beach are better than advertised. Thanks.

I spent part of each summer at Dewey growing up and thought I would invite friends to celebrate with me to celebrate my 75th birthday. The house was perfect for my 9 friends and myself and we thoroughly enjoyed four decks, open space downstairs, and all of the amenities. We are planning on a return trip to this house next year. Dan was great!! Responsive and responsible. A great place and a great experience!

As described. Nice and spacious.

We 8 adults ranging from 21-55. The property was very clean and had a few things like garbage bags and soap and a few laundry supplies that really helped in a pinch. Check-in was extremely easy and Dan the owner responded quickly to emails with my questions while planning as we had never been to the area. We were a little ahead of the season but the walk to the beach was very easy and nice… closer than we thought from pictures. There is a lot to do right in the neighborhood of the rental for us. And it felt like a super nice area. We did have to walk up to the Rehoboth boardwalk which was a ways but completely doable for our group!!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This place was exactly as pictured in the listing. Great layout, lots of bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfect for a family get away and the beach is at the end of the block. We forgot some items and the owner Dan helped us out. Great communication! Not a lot was open (early April) in Dewey, but we did have a good dinner at Dewey Brewery down the block and lots was open in Rehoboth so we went there for candy, pizza and shopping on the boardwalk. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Dan for sharing your place!

We had a girls weekend for my Mom's 60th Birthday in Dewey. The location is great and you have views of the ocean. It was unfortunate that we were down during hurricane Ian, but it made for a unique experience. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely come back!! Dan the owner was wonderful to work with and was extremely responsive!! The weather was perfect and we definitely enjoyed the proximity to Rehoboth and Dewey attractions!!! We would highly recommend!!!

An absolutely amazing stay! We had 10 adults stay comfortably in this house for a full weekend. And everyone said how amazing the place was. The location is unbeatable - within walking distance of all restaurants and bars. The house is exactly as listed - spacious and clean. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy Dewey Beach with a large group.

The property was easy to access and a short walk to the beach. The owner was super responsive whenever we had a question and very accommodating. Would stay here again.

The location of Oceans reach #7 is perfectly situated near the ocean and bay as well as the downtown for shopping and dining. The kitchen is very well stocked and the living area is spacious and comfortable. And the balconies are perfect for a morning cup of coffee with an ocean view. Dan is extremely responsive to questions and there was great communication throughout the process. It was our first family vacation with our mini golden doodle and she loved being a Dewey Dog! We’re so happy this property is pet friendly. The whole experience was awesome but the weather for most of the week was not. We ended up heading home early but hope to return again.

Arrival and departure were seamless. House was in good presentation for being end of summer. Can't beat the location. Everyone on the block is so friendly.

The location of Daniel's property couldn't be better. Plenty of space for a few couples or a group of friends. Quietly tucked off the main drag, the balconies are perfect to relax or catch some sun.

Property was well cared for and clean! We’ve rented late summer for many years and often find mildew smells, dirty shower curtains and broken small appliances. Not the case this time. Everything worked and no mildew. I’ll have to find another use for the shower curtain liners I bought. The only thing we missed was a grill but given the condition of some of the rental home grills, I can understand why none was provided.
