This unit was so great! It was a great location and had all the essentials and more. Very clean! We loved having a place large enough to share with friends. Vangy was quick to answer answer questions we had and was extremely helpful.

This property fit our 3 families perfectly! Plenty of space to spread out. It’s recently been updated and it is well taken care of. There were tons of dishes and cookware and the stand alone ice maker was great! The only real issue that we had was that the fridge was freezing our food. The beach was awesome and we had a great trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to everything. Had plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very easy to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions.

Clean and spacious!

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo is very unique and worked well for us. The kids loved the bunk room. Having 4 bathrooms was great too. The two living areas were helpful, letting the kids watch their movie in one room and adults in the other area. The view is nice. 2 pairs of beach setup was definitely a plus, so we didn’t have to carry all of our chairs to and from. We also liked that there was no carpet in the unit. It was very clean and the owner is quick to respond and helpful. We will be back!

Nice location.. Easy access to beach!! The parking I wish could of been better being we had to unload in the pouring rain!! The owners have their spots but I didn’t understand if we were staying in the owners condo why not have their parking spots and their umbrella service close to water!! I also think the swimming pool was a little small for so many people!! Overall my family had a great time!!!

We had an amazing time! The location was wonderful, and so close to the beach! There was plenty of room for our whole crew. It was the perfect destination to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was breathtaking! It was so fun to stay right in the beach. The place was spacious and felt like the 10 of us always had plenty of space. We had two families and it was awesome to have two masters. It was nice that it even had two washers and dryers. We also appreciated the umbrella and chairs provided by the resort. It was so nice to have fewer things to carry down to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay!

We were a party of five, my husband and myself, my 16 yo son and his friend, and my mom. The condo was awesome. With the two dens, the boys enjoyed watching TV on their side and Mom watched TV on the other side. The sofas were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The beds were also comfortable. We loved getting up before sunrise and sitting on the balcony with our coffee (there is a Keurig and regular coffee maker), then going for walk once sun came up. One of our days there was super windy, and we enjoyed sitting inside with the sliding glass door partially open so we could hear the waves. The balcony and view - just fantastic! (There are actually two balconies - the boys hung out on one and we the other). Condo is very close to the elevators/stairs, easy walk right onto beach. The boys used the beach chairs/umbrella for an hour or so one day. Otherwise, we really didn't take advantage of the 4 chairs/2 umbrellas available to us - not warm enough! We had never been to the FL gulf coast, but I felt like the condo was centrally located to places we wanted to go. Condos are directly across from outlet mall - all the name brands. Also, we walked along the beach to the Surf Hut for dinner one night - food was great. We drove to Seaside one day - took about 20-25 minutes. Crazy crowded since spring break week, but we did enjoy walking in the shops. If you go, I highly recommend Bud & Alley's Rooftop Bar for a meal! We had lunch and drinks there, overlooking the ocean. I didn't want to leave! Boys enjoyed The Track (racetrack, mini golf, arcade, etc) - very reasonable prices. We also ate at Pompano Jack's (food and drinks were decent, not fantastic for the 1.25 hour wait), got carryout pizza one night from Buffalo Jack's (pizzas were awesome - we had Bora Bora, California Veggie, and BBQ chicken), and had lunch at Fat Clemenza's (Italian, was good) Washer/dryer in bunk bed room worked great. Condo came with paper products and cleaning/laundry supplies to get started (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, etc). We would definitely stay here again. Perfect place for us to spread out, would be great for two families. Thank you, Vangie, for all your great food recommendations and for explaining where things were located (extra beach chairs, etc)!! We really loved staying at your condo!

This property was awesome. Everything was clean and easy. The proximity and ease of access to the beach and food, etc. was better than we expected. The owner gave great suggestions and ideas. We hope to be back!

Great property, on the beach. We vacationed with 10 in our group, first time at the beach for four of them. We had a blast. Many Beach toys and chairs available to share. Kitchen is well equipped. New owners plan to update a few things, which will be an added bonus!

This condo is amazing. Top quality beds, furniture, kitchen, etc. Location is perfect, view is perfect, can't say enough good things about this location. We will definitely stay here in this unit again. Owners were easy to access and very responsive.

Everyone enjoyed their stay, the condo was spacious and fully stocked, it had two sets of washer and dryers, two living rooms, we had 6 adults and 3 children, and everyone had plenty of space. We would definitely rent this property again. We had an awesome time!

This property is just as described and absolutely incredible! Very clean, great location, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay (including a Margaritaville machine and two sets of washer/dryers!). We have stayed at this complex many times in the past and this was definitely the nicest equipped place we've been in - complete with sand toys and additional beach chairs. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to help us out with a beach chair/umbrella situation. She even responded to a text sent very early one morning - as I didn't know she was in a time zone across the country. I highly recommend this property! We hope to stay here again in the future.

This condo has everything you need for a big group. Space is open and plenty of room to move around. Very clean! Love having the availability of 4 beach chair with 2 umbrellas. Easy communication with the condo owner. This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo. Very satisfied.

We took a family vacation with about 10 adults and 2 children. We had MORE than enough room for everyone and the home was clean and tidy. Debbie was very quick to respond and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. The walk to the beach was not long at all and we appreciated that the building provided us with umbrellas and chairs for no extra cost. Will stay again!

This condo lives up to the hype. We had 9 people from 1 year old to grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and the access to the beach was convenient. This condo is great for big family groups or 2 families. Hands down the best condo I’ve booked in Destin in the last decade!

I think we rarely wore shoes and took our kids down and back to beach often- such an easy walk. Great amount of living space and spacious kitchen and bar area and 4 bathrooms were so helpful for our 10 people.

Our family and friends stayed here and it was all that the listing showed and more. We loved that everything imaginable for a stay at home feeling was in this Condo. Great place for two families and great views and bonus only a few seconds walk to the beach. We will be back next year and the owner was very helpful and fast to respond.
