This property is a family favorite. We have been here twice and both stays have provided us with great memories. We used every amenity this hime had to offer, from the BBQ to the jacuzzi, and were happy with all of it. Only difficulty we ran into was that we booked so far in advance we had difficulty finding the contact info for the check-in agent since the contact person had changed. This house is a big win for our family and we hope to stay here again soon.

Our kids and friends had a fabulous time playing in the snow and truly enjoyed this fabulous property.

We really enjoyed this house. The space was beautiful, the location was perfect, and we all were comfortable. Having the loft/second floor game area allowed the families to enjoy the house without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and jacuzzi. Location wise, we were central to all that we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

This house was perfect for a big family trip. Lots of entertainment for the kids, and the view of the lake is gorgeous in the morning.

We stayed here with another family and it was a wonderful weekend getaway! It was in a great location and a beautiful house. The kids loved the sleds and the side hill to sled on and all the games. It was a great location close to Bear Mountain and the town. Would definitely stay there again

I think i should start by saying i NEVER leave reviews but i felt compelled here because the experience was THAT bad. The house is beautiful. That is not why I’m giving this stay a bad review. I have a service animal that is a service animal. She is also hypoallergenic (I am allergic to dogs). I told the owner this prior to my stay 2 weeks before and he told me no because “I never know who has a real service animal and who doesn’t”. Then he proceeded to tell me that the owner is allergic to dogs and I said “okay well so am I that’s why my Service dog is hypoallergenic”. He didn’t care. He was annoyed on the phone and rude and just shut me down completely. I asked if I could have a refund to book elsewhere due to him not allowing my dog (WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST VRBO RULES) And he told me no! My dog is hypoallergenic and a service animal. There is ZERO reason for him to say no not to mention the fact he did say no is ILLEGAL Terrible at replying over text. Horrible customer service experience. The worst I’ve ever experienced and I travel a lot

Clean home, large living space to hang out. Large backyard leading to lake. Showers were cold and only warmed up to about medium temperature but other then that very nice home would rent again.

Everything here was top notch.

Great property to hang out, plenty to do right on site…fish off the dock, ping pong, pool, excellent deck with killer views.

The house was perfect for our large family group. The view was amazing. Will definitely look into staying again possibly in the winter months

We had a group of friends stay at the Cabin and every single person loved the place. The views are amazing.. the location is unbelievable, the quality of the cabin is top notch. I will definitely be looking to book this place again.

We loved the house design and the views the most. When checking in we found a sweet card welcoming us. Walking down to the dock and hanging out with chairs already there was perfect. We also enjoyed the seating around the outdoor gas firepit. The beds were amazing! The view from the game room and shooting pool while looking at the lake was a special experience.

We booked this home for a long weekend to celebrate our son‘s graduation from college. We had several guests, family, and friends throughout our stay and all enjoyed themselves immensely! The views and watching the eagles were my favorite part. If you are planning on cooking for yourselves, I would recommend prepping as much as possible. The kitchen was adequate but as most vacation homes, not completely equipped. That was least of my concern though as I was prepared and the rest of the house was spectacular!

This home was absolutely amazing, it had everything to offer and the location was perfect. Such a great home for our family to meet up for a few days to spend quality family time together. I was in town to spread my moms ashes at our family cabin about 30 min from here and it was the perfect place to share memories of my mom and to create new memories together. I flew in from WA state and we just love the area!

Stay was awesome. Anything you could have thought of was provided. Check in process was awesome. Property was so relaxing and peaceful.

The house was nice but had its issues. The major one was that the hot water for the showers was not working for two days. So we couldn't take showers in the cold. But we were very nice about this and did not cause any issues and just waited for it to pass. When we initially checked in, one of my friends smoked a cigarette in front of the house, which the property owner asked us to just smoke outside in the patio instead, which I apologized about and agreed to. We never smoked inside the house but the owner accused us of doing so after our checkout, charging us $1500 for this. He claimed there was smoke in the house, which would be understandable due to the fact that we had the fireplace on for most of our stay since it was so cold outside and we didn't have hot water. I tried to explain this to the owner, but he refused to believe me and just kept saying that we were smoking in the house, which is simple NOT TRUE. We were very easy going tenants, fixing most the issues of the house ourselves (including the power to the house going out). And to be accused of this and be billed for something that was never done, is absolutely frustrating. The house overall was ok, the property manager was not. You expect great customer service when paying so much for a property, but I would never deal with this again.

We have been coming to Big Bear with our “Posse” of 12 for the past 4 years and this was our best experience yet. Part of that best experience was staying at this fantastic house. We enjoyed every part of all 3 levels from the fantastic view of the lake to the Hot Tub to the well equipped kitchen to enjoying our favorite show or movie with a fire burning in the fireplace to a good nights sleep. We had a wonderful stay with our family and fiends. The home is filled with entertainment that we enjoyed after skiing. The village is really close. The space is very beautifully designed. We would love to come back to see what it looks like in the summer

So last year one of my nieces and I decided to start a tradition of yearly family trips. I truly wanted to get everyone’s opinions on the house and not just mine. So here we go:ROXY & fam ages 2-36: The house was beyond amazing! The online description doesn’t do it justice. From a moms perspective the house was set up perfectly for the kids to have fun and explore outdoors but at the same time so much for the adults to do as well. The dock was beautiful and access to the kayaks so convenient! We will definitely be at the property again soon!MO & fam ages 11-36: House exceeded our expectations.. There were so many things that everyone of all ages could enjoy.. The best part was the views from the house along with the lake accessMARCUS 36: The house was dope. I loved all the natural light that came in during the day. I also loved how close the lake was too.JAMES 28: I liked it a lot! There was a lot to do and everything was good with a great experienceCHEY 35: The house was better than described on the website. Everything was in working order, well supplied, and the view was incredible. We couldn't have picked a better place to make lasting memories with our family.ME 42: Truly haven’t enough words, we didn’t have much growing up and my nieces/nephews and I practically grew up together due to us being so close in age. This was beyond what I could have ever imagined it to be. All I know is that next year, wherever we go, will have some high ass expectations! We all live in big cities and the kids really aren’t outside like when we were growing up. Seeing not ONE person in front of the tv (except 3am movies) and us just chillen outside!!! So refreshing. Do yourself and your family a favor and just go ahead and book this place !!!

This was a most magical place and we loved every minute of our vacation at this property. The cabin had everything needed to enjoy our getaway- and having a lakefront property gave us a perfect view of all the amazing wildlife in the area! (Including an Osprey landing just above the cabin while drying her feathers and eating!) Thank you so much for the perfect "Honeymoon" trip. Many Blessings!
