Easy walking distance to many Charleston sites yet quiet neighborhood in the evenings.

The property is great. It’s clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with when needed. We plan to stay here again. The location is a short walk from MUSC, King Street, and the College of Charleston.

The accommodations were outstanding! It is a well-maintained and beautiful historic home with all the modern amenities. The location is an easy drive to the historic district with all the shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Great place in a great location quiet neighborhood close enough for walking all around Charleston

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston. Nice accommodations. Place was very pleasant. It was clean and not too far from everything we wanted to see. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was great. Upon arriving I was worried that it was going to be too small of a space but it really wasn’t. You have the entire upstairs which has a full sized bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There’s even a little laundry room space with a washer and dryer. The location was great as it was close to where we wanted to be, but just far enough off the craziness of king street that it was quiet. Great house!

This apartment was beautiful. Great for walking to local shops and restaurants. Only thing negative to say was I wish the trash cans were not in the patio area.

Had a great time! Loved the neighborhood location, we didn’t use our car the entire time. Check in/check out procedure was super easy, good communication. One recommendation, would benefit from a full sized sofa for a more comfortable spot to relax after a day of walking around seeing the sites. At the very least, would suggest replacing the cushions on the arm chairs as they are very worn and uncomfortable. We padded with additional pillows to make more comfortable.

Nicely updated historic property, very clean, easy to get in and out and parking!! Walking distance to a few coffee shops and restaurants, even the grocery was (kind of) walkable. Enjoyed our stay!!

We enjoyed this property so much… cozy, well appointed, comfy bed, well stocked. It was a lovely 3day stay!

The property is spacious and has everything you might need for a stay in Charleston. The unit is nicely decorated and was spotless. The location was close enough to be walkable to the downtown area, about 20 minutes. Working with Stay Duvet was easy and communication was excellent.

My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a week in Charleston. It was a great relaxing stay with lots of sightseeing. We enjoyed walking to King Street and seeing all the historic buildings. The property was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The area is very walkable but venturing out further then King Street or the market requires a car. We took uber's from the airport and around at night. Prices were not the $5-7 listed on the concierge site. This may have been specific to getting around on King Street as the prices were higher getting back to the property. A few minor changes I believe are needed to help make the space a little more comfortable. The first would be updating the furniture in the living room. The chairs were not very comfortable and instead of a couch there was a very small loveseat. Also, the bed could use an update; it sunk down in the middle. Overall we really enjoyed the property and Charleston!

This is a well kept and comfortable apartment, perfect for two. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable, and the check in and out extremely easy. We caught one of the Stay Duvet employees named Seth when arriving as he was making sure everything was ready, and he was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We would definitely reccomend this unit.

Very clean property and very comfortable to stay in. Parking is available off street, but it is quite a tight alley to get to the parking. Overall it is a fantastic place to stay.

The apartment was perfect, beautiful and clean. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Great location for downtown as well as getting out to beaches and other attractions. We would definitely return!

Great location. Walkable city. Enjoyed King Street nightlife and visiting Magnolia Plantation. Try electric biking on Sullivan's Island while seeing the fort. Weather now was fantastic! Too hot later.

This lodging is even better than imagined! Great neighborhood away from the touristy places; but not too far. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and spacious! Bed is even better than at home. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants...Laurel was our favorite! 20 minutes to the beach is a plus! Matt is so nice! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston and this is a wonderful property. Close to walk or take transit for Downtown/Historic areas. Rutledge Inn is well appointed and very comfortable. It has everything for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit. It was extremely clean and had a private entrance that we appreciated during this time of Covid. Parking spot was mere feet from the entrance . Kitchen was large and well stocked, shower was hot and powerful, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. It was light and bright and a great place to work while away from home. Wish the walk in bedroom closet had a bit more room for clothes ( just need to move all the extra linen, but certainly appreciate the extra pillows and blankets!) Good communication with owner. We would absolutely return.

This property is very beautifully done. Definitely feels it’s over 100 year old age in style but is completely redone in high end finishes. Very clean and comfortable. Because it rained the entire time we were in Charleston, we did drive everywhere, but would have been walkable if we could have. We checked in and were hungry, so we headed out the door and found a really lovely restaurant just half a block away (Goulettes). It’s great that there is an assigned parking spot. (It’s a tight fit). Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town.

Check in and communication was seamless. The home was very clean and had that Charleston charm. The assigned parking spot in the back was a bonus. We were able to park our car safely and forget about it. Because of the convenient location, we either walked if the weather was nice or we took a short (10 minutes or less) uber ride to just about anywhere downtown. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Charleston in the future.

Extremely clean and very well equipped apartment. Perfect location to walk to everything. Owner is great to work with. We stayed for 7 nights. This apartment is very comfortable and well done. Highly recommend.
