Location

The room was better than we could have imagined. The free coffee was great.

There was no pool or continental breakfast. Parking was a problem if the lot was full you had to park next door.

It was very clean, updated, located in a good area, easy to get around

The cook top was a little different to use and no instructions were provided

The desk chair was uncharacteristically torn and shoddy compared with the rest of the room. Having to park across the street due to not enough on site parking was disappointing. We stayed for a number of days but there was only one day's worth of coffee without having to ask for more in the lobby.

I liked that all kitchen items were in the room and I didn't have to go asking for items. Very clean room.

There was not enough onsite parking. Crossing the street with items is tiring for older adults. Maybe think about senior parking along with handicap parking!

We liked the location and layout of the suite.

Bathtub wasn’t as clean as I would like. Kinda pricey but it was a holiday weekend and graduation from College of Charleston, so that probably explains why.

The king suite is good for ‘one’ person, but not for a couple. The visual (pictorial) description at the Booking.com is incomplete and misleading. The approach of the staff to the problem is not professional, nor customer oriented.

clean, comfortable, great shower, BBQ for guests to use, excellent kitchen facilities for self catering, lovely staff, just a short drive to lots of attractions, excellent communication from staff prior to arrival

Nice bed and sheets. It was nice to have a full fridge. It was quiet.

Priced too high. It is not a suite but a room with a full fridge, sink and microwave. There is no table to eat on. No chair to sit in. I have had larger rooms in other cheaper hotels. There are many other hotels in the area. Limited parking too.

Nice space (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Family room & kitchen). Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Could buy food in lobby.

The direction of the air conditioning was difficult to control. When it was on, it blew directly on beds in both bedrooms. Sofa could use updating. It looks a bit shabby & squeeked a lot when we sat on it.

The decor and the little kitchen were wonderful.

The TV wouldn't bring in any stations. My husband called technical support, and they couldn't fix it. We did not tell the front desk about it because the woman working there that evening was not friendly.

I absolutely loved my room and full kitchen

A couple of other neighboring guests got a little noisy

Stay was good

The front desk girl told me I would get my 100dollars back after checking out. Which was a lie .I call back and someone told me 10 to 12 days to get put back on card. It didn't take that long for them to take it off my card
