Needs a little upgrade

Great location. Three lifts easy to get to. Was even more spacious than expected. Only downside was the 2nd bed in the guest room was listed as a Queen but it was only a Full.

It was great overall - the only negative would be that its a second story unit on the end of the building sandwiched between 2 other floors. So you get a lot of noise. Other than that is great proximity to skiing and Main St.

Great location for Breckenridge, easy 3 minute walk into Breckenridge. Clean, well equipped. easy parking. Good wifi. Would be happy to stay here again next year.

The bedrooms are located away from the common area which allowed individuals to watch television/visit in the living room and not disturb those who are trying to sleep. It’s a quick, easy walk downtown to numerous bars and restaurants or head up the hill to enjoy the many hiking trails on the mountain.

We enjoyed our time there. Property management was immediately responsive whenever we had a question.

The kitchen was fully stocked, even the wine opener and fabulous wine tumblers to take to the hot tub! The hot tub was wonderful to soak in after a fun filled day on the mountain. The fireplace was the best for early mornings and relaxation at night. We loved the close proximity to downtown, literally super close to the best shopping (fabulous for our teenagers)! Skiing back to the condo was easy once you found the sign nailed to the tree that said "Park Place", super easy to ski down Lower Four O'Clock run, but look for the sign nailed to the tree and 1 block walk back to the condo (super easy). Snowflake lift is the closest lift or the free shuttle was really easy right outside the condo to get to the Gondola and came on-time. Communication from Summit Mountain Rentals was also easy and very convenient with texting responses and very welcoming customer service. We would absolutely stay in this condo again! We loved Breckenridge and Keystone! Keystone night skiing was epic and only 30 minutes drive (MUST SEE). Thank you for the wonderful memories!

That said, the walls and floors feel paper thin. If anyone is talking outside, it sounds like they are right next to you, and if the people above you are awake, you are definitely awake.

Excellent location and price was great. The person that answered our questions when arrived at property didn’t seem to care about my concerns.

Great Value. We booked a last minute week long trip to Breck and this was one of the cheapest options we had that looked nice/had good reviews. It did not disappoint. Easy walk to anywhere in town. Place had great amenities and a nice set up. Only suggestion I would have is to swap the master bedroom and the other bedroom. Kids had a little better set up than we did but it was totally fine. Bedrooms need more lights/lamps as well. Overall everything was fine though - no real complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the condo met our needs. It’s in a great location, walking distance to everything you would want to do on Main Street, as well as easy access to several fun hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. No games in the house, so pack dove if your family enjoys playing games. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The property management company has not gotten back to me after several attempts to have them ship me a drawer full of clothing items that were left by mistake. I was told that they would be shipped to me and billed to my card on file the day we left (and I discovered the missing items), but after several days I called back and there was no record of my agreement with the previous rep, and they said they would contact housekeeping but I still have not heard back. I also sent a message on the app and emailed. Poor customer service.

Had a great time. One of the best condos we’ve stayed in. Was a little concerned about second floor/no elevator but no problem at all.

Nice condo

Access to washer and dryer was a big bonus. Property was clean and ideally located between skiing and downtown Breck.

This property is in a location central to both skiing and the town of Breckenridge. Its furnishings are very comfortable, its appliances are perfect, and parking is accessible.

Loved the place. Great location and extremely clean, new furniture. Will be back this summer.

Check in was easy, place is affordable given how many can comfortable stay, parking was easy, and the location was phenomenal between not needing a vehicle to get to the nearest lift and main street.
