The home is beautiful and very spacious! We had plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with and very accommodating!

My family was in town for a graduation celebration and this house was perfectly suited to accommodate extended family while offering privacy with the many separated bedrooms and areas of the house. The house was very clean and has many common spaces for the family and kids to gather. Outdoor space was lovely as well. Owner was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a great stay. There were seven colleagues attending a conference at the nearby Woodruff Arts Center. The house was a five minute walk to the Arts Center. Location was perfect with several outstanding dining options in the area. The only complaint was that we were not aware that all of the full bathrooms were located inside bedrooms. So, there were a few guests in rooms that had to intrude on others to have access to the shower or bath. It created an uncomfortable situation when we were dividing up sleeping spaces. All in all though, our stay was easy and comfortable.

The property was stunning and exactly what we needed. Right in the heart of Atlanta you couldn’t ask for a better location. Definitely would recommend staying!

My family rented this space while visiting Atlanta to attend my wedding. The space is beautiful, and was able to host 18 family members. Plenty of common spaces, and multiple kitchens. But also plenty of private space for those who wanted to do their own thing. Great communication from the start. The process for checking in went seamlessly, and I can only say excellent things about this experience. If you're looking to stay in a beautiful neighborhood and home, I highly recommend this space. Great value for the space.

Finding the property was challenging only because of the font choice in the email confirmation - the capital letter "i" looked like a number 1, so we spent a good 15 minutes searching for a unit number that didn't exist. SOLUTION: change the font OR spell out "6I (letter "i")" in the confirmation. In addition, we entered an L-shaped building from the opposite side of the unit and had to lug LOTS of stuff much further than if the instructions were to have said to enter the property from the back side. SOLUTION: a property map would have been very helpful. Once in, all was as expected and pictured. The kitchen was missing a couple staple items - cookie sheet and an assortment of cutting knives. There was ample supple of paper goods, which was much appreciated. As others have stated in their reviews, the weed smell on the upper level was beyond reasonable; our 16 year old had to sleep on the lowest level with us parents because it was so bad. Not sure how to fix that, as it seems to be a construction/ventilation issue. A wifi strength issue was resolved within a day; both text and local contacts were extremely responsive and made extra effort to get that resolved.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house(s) we’re absolutely perfect. We had a large group, and we had an abundance of space and options to make everyone comfortable. The home was clean. The location was perfect- convenient to many areas and felt very safe. The host was great to work with. She shared her number before arrival, and was available for questions and concerns! I would absolutely recommend this property!
