First and foremost, the property and its hosts are wonderful. It is located steps away from some of the most beautiful ocean water I’ve ever seen. The unit was clean and had a reasonable amount of amenities, including cookware, a washer/dryer, a smart TV, and plenty of towels. I think some of the negative reviews are a bit unfair and prospective guests should temper some of their expectations. There were some bugs, but that is to be expected of any tropical climate. The building is a little dated, but is by no means in bad condition. We made good use of the patio, beach chairs, and umbrella that were provided. We truly felt right at home during our stay and would be happy to visit again.

Place is infested with vermin, roaches, bugs & insects. Various bugs on floors, ceilings & walls, & one mouse around the fridge. We killed a total of 3 roaches among the other bugs. As instructed, we were diligent about never leaving any doors opened, so all bugs were already residing there well before we came. The entire home is in disrepair with cheap, shoddy work done post storm. -Dead roach in a glass pan stored in the cupboards. -Various pots, pans and kitchenware had not been cleaned. -The blender had filth and food stuck all inside of it. Pans were so scratched, teflon coat was peeling. -Sponges were gross, tattered and torn, had to buy our own sponge at minimart where we also had to buy our own salt. Everything had to go in fridge to prevent vermin contamination. -Home smelled of moth balls which seemed to be in place to mask the smell of dead animals. Dead Stench was unbearable when house warmed due to losing power over night. -Second shower had no pressure & was unusable due to clog in drain. We literally had to use a plunger to get the water to drain. -Stained bath towels, looked like blood! -Smelly kitchen towels in drawer, as if used & never washed. And the list goes on... Response from owner was downright shameful, even after photos and video were shared. It didn't occur to us to reach out to VRBO until after our stay. Our bad, Lesson Learned. Save yourself the money, headache & possible illness, & STAY AWAY!!! It's a true health and safety hazard.

Ivan was the perfect host. Easily reachable and accommodating. The perfect quiet getaway. We rarely wanted to leave the house! Secluded spectacular beach.

This is a review of the villa - NOT the beautiful beach or lovely resort community. There are expectations when booking a VRBO that is at the high end of the daily rate for an area. This villa did not impress. Basic items were missing - no dish rack, ovenware, ice cube trays or basic supplies. The kitchen utensils were the plastic dollar store variety. The flatware was a hodgepodge of castoffs. There were only a couple knives that were in poor shape and did not look clean. There wasn't even a full set of dishes in a villa that SHOULD be equipped for 4. It wasn't the few live cockroaches as much as the long dead one under the sink that was covered in bugs. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink. We had to boil water to do dishes. I spoke with Ivan about the lack of supplies and had to ask for a garbage bag and some salt. There was no first aid kit, foil, plastic wrap, spices of any kind - basic stuff that is always in a rental. The grill is not the one in the photo. It was packed full of ash & had no tools. The king bed is so close to the wall that only one person can exit. The other person has to either climb over their partner or crawl to the end of the bed. The nightstand is falling apart. The outdoor patio area is not as it seemed in the photo. The beach chairs are sagging. There is so much unrealized potential here and it could be fabulous with some attention. The complex is a treasure, but keep looking to see what else is available.

We so enjoyed our stay in this villa very much. Direct access to the beach. Very clean and most comfortable. Ivan was a wonderful host. We will definitely rent this villa again.

Mr Russell and his place were absolutely the best. If you have not been to Treasure since Dorian you need to go. If you love delicious real home cooked Bahamian food he can hook you up with Ms Louise for meals out of this world amazing!

The Villa was perfect and so close to the beach! The ocean is the most beautiful color ! A must see to realize the color! Ivan was the perfect host and all the people are very accommodating. Florence cafe and Bahama Beach club is a must, make sure and get Florence’s cinnamon rolls!

This beach villa is truly amazing!! I rate it 5 out of 5! Right on a gorgeous beach, ocean is crystal clear and the beach is not crowded at all so if you’re looking for a relaxing stay this is the perfect place to enjoy it! The villa was extremely well cleaned and the host Ivan was beyond helpful, very responsive if any questions at all or anything you need. We can’t wait to return back here and will be happy to continue recommend friends and family about this beautiful place! The villa had great high speed wifi and tv with all channels and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. BBQ right outside on the terrace, 1min walk you also have a nice pool area. A good tip is to make sure to buy all food, drinks prior to arriving since the convenience store is somewhat limited same with the liquor store very limited selection of wine. It was np at all but we didn’t know we had to bring our own shampoo so that’s also good to know prior arriving. Florence bakery a family owned bakery since 35 yrs just across the street was also amazing highly recommend their cinnamon buns and cheesecake was delicious. Never had the chance to try their food they serve breakfast and lunch but have no doubt it’s most likely great. If you book this villa you def won’t regret it enjoy! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. This place is wonderful for days at a quiet beach that we only saw a few other couples on. Would recommend this place for a restful vacation.

The beach is stunning and quiet! I am was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. It was well equipped with pool floats and an umbrella too!

Very responsive communication, great condo in a great location. Sad to see all the hurricane damage, but happy to help them come back. The condo was better than expected and Ivan checked in on us. I hope he’s able to get some more properties in this group, even though limited villas meant more privacy for us!

We needed a a place at the last minute and this was such a lucky find. The beautiful beach is right out the door and Ivan could not be any nicer! Property is well put together and met all our needs. We will certainly come again.

If you are a couple looking for a romantic place with a private beach area it's perfect. Or family with children who don't like a crowd it's great. I was there on business and the internet was strong and ample space to work.

Everything about the Villa was as described. What is difficult to appreciate from the listing, is just how amazing the location is. The private patio area behind the Villa is on the beach front. It is under a large beautiful palm tree and surrounded by plants. The sand here is pure white, incredibly fine, like powder. The view of the turquoise ocean is gorgeous. It's a 5 minute walk to the bakery where you can get a coffee and the most delicious cinnamon roll on the planet!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been coming to Abaco since 1978 this villa is such a Awesome location very roomy and has great deck that leads to beautiful Treasure Cay Beach wish I could have stayed longer but will be back ❤️

Unit was not quite ready for prime time. Was not a complete remodel after hurricane. Great location.
